Ordered two BLTs. When I got home with them they were burnt and the lettuce was brown. They had toasted the sandwiches lettuce, mayo, and all. When I called and asked for a refund they told me: “we don’t do that here”. They offered to remake the sandwiches or give me a credit, I declined both. I asked again for a refund. They then stated that they themselves are not authorized to do that. I asked: “who can?” They then hung up on me. Atrocious customer service.

I got the ultra hot wings, and they were definitely ultra hot, not for the faint of heart! I also had a great sub (the linebacker) and Greek salad (simple but delicious). Subs are huge and ooey goodness. My family got a pizza they said was great. We all went back a couple times each. Workers were all super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great bang for your buck!Kid-friendliness: Laid back place with several tables inside.

I'm a regular, I have my order I get, and everytime I walk in they already know what I'm getting which makes me feel very welcome.They're super friendly here, and depending on who you get you'll either pay before or after the order is completed.I'm not telling you what I got because I don't want it to run out before I order it.Parking: There's a gravel lot right next to the place, so if you can't find lined / tar parking space, go there.Kid-friendliness: Uhhh.. there are colorful floor tiles your kid can hop scotch on?
A nice little hole in the wall to get a bite to eat and wait a night. Definitely ask them to go light on the mayonnaise, like really light, and then you'll get the regular amount :)

Sad... Half of the protein ingredient was not in sandwich...roll quality very lacking (Wonder Bread like)...only positive was when I mentioned that my sandwich was lacking the Hot Sausage ingredient they offered a refund yet insisted they put it in the tip jar. Gotta be a good deli somewhere in Augusta....PLEASE??

The other day went here to order some food. When I entered, the only employee that was working acted very hesitant to come over to take my order which I found odd. Once she came over she just stares at me and said nothing so I broke the ice and said I wanted to place an order......she just continued to stare for a moment and then mumbled something about "it will be a while" and then wandered off. I was so shocked I just turned around and walk out. Will never be back. What was once a clean establishment with great food is now a dingy dirty hole in the wall with no service.
