Bella, our waitress, was wonderful. The food was bad. Biscuits and gravy tasted like it was stale, the coffee was overly bitter, and I won't go there again.

I ate there today with my mother in law my fiancé my mother in law ordered eggs they came out with a hair in them my fiancé ordered French toast it was not cooked all the way I ordered a waffle with strawberries and cream cheese on top got side eye from one of the waiters then when we left me and my fiancé both got violently ill from their cooking I threw up 4 times my fiance is pregnant as well she threw up 4 times we both have knots in our stomachs from it and still don’t feel good hopefully I’m rightfully refunded worst experience of my life never come here

my fries came out half frozen each timd I asked for new ones still got charged kept getting evil side eye and I was just there for a 1st date kinda ruined the whole evening for both of

I love ihop but this location could use some work. It’s not very clean. I’ve gone several times and everything is always sticky and there’s always stuff on the walls. The food is just ok, the hash browns are usually very overcooked to the point that it’s entirely dry and not crispy on top and semi moist underneath. Every time I’ve gone we’ve had polite waitresses but on multiple occasions it seems no one wants to be there and it shows. This is coming from someone who frequently feels the same way but it seems to be impacting everything. The cleanliness, the interactions, and the food. I hope whoever reads these at the IHOP supports the staff to help improve the location and not blame them.
