I love lisa’s burritos, augusta and gardiner locations is always amazing. Their food is top tier, I travel 30 minutes every weekend to just come get their food and I’ve never been disappointed. The workers are always pleasant to deal with as well! ?

What a terrible experience. I had an hour for a lunch break and figured a burrito shouldn’t take much time I ordered my food. The person at the register told me “sit down we will bring it out to you”. I sat there for almost 40 minutes and had to leave due to work, and when I approached her to get my money back so that I could leave, she made it seem like it was my fault by asking me, “Why didn’t you come up sooner” and they realized that they had my burrito made the entire time and nobody brought it out to me. I was not upset until she started to make it seem like I could’ve done better and I should’ve reminded them to do their job. No opinion on the food since I didn’t eat service was awful.

Service was great. They have gf vegan burrito wraps. We stopped on our way to canada. It's an easy on and off from highway. They have a kids menu. We were the only customers but it was late afternoon.

Only ok. I ordered a pork burrito with black beans and rice. They asked about salsa and I requested pico de gallo. They said that they didn't have it, they only had salsa. So, I got the medium. This probably should have stopped me. Pico de gallo is easy and great. It it's a testament to freshness. The burrito was underwhelming. The pork was highly shredded, not juicy. The cheese was an oddly flavored shredded orange cheddar. It had an oddly fishy aftertaste I think.... No garlic in the black beans. I think there are four categories of Mexican in Maine: Not edible: Margaritas Edible: like Lisa's Legit Burritos Pretty Good: Chipotle/New Taco Trio/Taco Escobar Transcendent: El Rayo, Sal de la Tierra, old Taco Trio Overall, it was just ok. The burrito tasted a lot like a cold spoonful of cold Newman's Salsa. And I think that their canned salsa is what they count on for flavor. It is nice and clean with nice staff.

Lisa's is the best place around for good quality burritos! You get to choose what goes in it and the ingredients are always tasty! Service comes with a smile and the restaurant is comfortable to sit and socialize. This place is my go-to for burritos!!!

I got an absolutely massive burrito, just gotta start there. The beef was tender, everything was as expected but I got a grilled burrito with cheese on the outside. The cheese was black and the sour cream curdled and I expected the rice to have some flavoring but was left wanting. Overall 4/5 will definitely order from there again just with sour cream on the side I guess.
