Olive Garden is always yummy if you like good pasta. I don't have much negative to say for today's lunch other than the bathroom floor had tons of trash/liter on it, someone needs to sweep. However, the quality of food was spot on, when we arrived they opened the door for us, our waitress Jessica who has been with the company 20 years was knowledgeable on all the food choices and gave me a tip on putting tabasco sauce on my zuppa soup, which added a delicious kick. Jessica was attentive and service was quick. She had quite a few tables but still actively checked on us.I had the chicken tortellini alfredo pasta with extra cheese. Very good! My husband had regular spaghetti and meatballs that he enjoyed. I had zuppa soup which is the only soup I have when I'm there with cheese on top, my husband had the salad and breadsticks. Prices are expensive but it's expensive at all olive gardens locations but you do get unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks so gotta pick your battles.Overall, 4 stars only because of the bathroom. Thank you for the great experience! ❤️

Our waitress Alyssa r was not very pleasant she never checked to see how we were doing, or if we needed anything. When we asked for to go boxes she just placed them on the table and left didn't see her again I had to ask someone else how to pay and they showed me the kiosk

I waited for an hour after the time my food was due to be ready in the parking lot. One of the ladies checked in with me and knew I was there. Then proceeded to take care of numerous others while forgetting me somehow while still walking by my car to make other deliveries. All I ordered was a Fett Alfredo, zuppa, and breadsticks. My order was cold when they finally got it to me. They didn't offer any consolation, such as a free dessert, or $ off the order. Nothing. And last time I went inside to get my to go order one of the girls gave me a hard time for not 'tipping enough'. I'm sick of this location. Everyone has a bad attitude and don't want to do their jobs unless they get tips for it. Maybe you should pay your employees more so they don't feel the need to beg me and other guests for $$.

Not nearly as much wait as we anticipated.Food was quality and the quantity we had come to expect. It would be a 5 out of 5, across the board, if we had gotten our appetizers at the same time and did not have to wait for silverware that was not 100% clean.

went with a party of 17. (birthday party). that we had scheduled at 1030am management dropped the ball a bit. arrived at 630pm waited until 715 to be seated. 1 waitress for the whole group. she did great considering. management failed to tell her about the birthday cake at the end. never got done until about 930. wish it had gone smoother, however the wait staff worked hard.
