Anna B. was our waitress and was awesome. She always kept our drinks full, and always checked in on us. Service was very fast. Very professional.I had a blue ribbon burger which I get all the time, incredibly happy it's back on the menu. The fries weren't hard so very tasty and easy to eat. The mud pie for dessert is very filling for $9.99, do not get two, I recommend on sharing because it is huge. My husband had the bacon cheese fondue burger. He had no complaints other than his side of cole slaw was dry.Overall, restaurant 4 stars, waitress 5 stars. Thank you for a great experience! ❤️

I got the bacon cheese fondue burger it was delicious the only thing is that it took almost 2 hours for my group's food to come but they were extremely apologetic and told us there was a backup in the kitchen,but they offered us free appetizers to make up for it all in all a great experience

Always enjoyed the burgers here. Did the pick up today for a friend who’s under the weather. Got home with my 2 orders and found that there were 6 fries per order. I counted them. 6 fries. I usually never say anything, but for the price ($15+ per burger) I guess I would have expected a few more. I’m sure dine in is good because of their “unlimited”deal. I won’t use pick up again. Or in Augusta often so I am sure it will be a whole le before I consider it again.

Ordered for 11 30 curbside pickup. Called multiple times with no answer. Went inside to ask about orders. Seems as though they were not started. Waited a half hr for the food to be cooked. Had a milk with one of the orders, it was taken back from me I was told it wasn’t mine. Walked out with my orders and share comes staff with said milk. Manager didn’t care about the issue or that no one was picking up phone.

This is the second time ordering through DoorDash that the food has caused food poisoning. The first time, my boyfriend got violently sick from a burger. Today, I decided to give it another chance and ordered 2 kids Mac and cheese meals and a kids turkey burger meal. The DoorDash driver got the food quickly and delivered it quickly so I KNOW this wasn’t a DoorDash issue.When I received the food, all the fries were ice cold, stale, and soggy. Already we were off to a bad start. I open the kids Mac and cheese for both meals and they’re colder than cold. There were still frozen chunks of cheese sauce in the cups and the pasta clearing wasn’t cooked all the way because they were supposed to heat it up. They hadn’t even been microwaved. Then I open the turkey burger and cut it in half to give to my daughter. Once again, the burger was ice cold and appeared as if it had been sitting for AWHILE. It was RAW in the middle. For reference, I placed my order around 1:00p and received the order around 1:30p. I contacted DoorDash support and was give an $8 app credit. For FORTY DOLLARS worth of food that was inedible and went in the trash. To top it off, I tried to make the best of a bad situation and microwaved one of the cups of Mac and cheese because my daughter was begging for this for days now, and I allowed her to eat a few bites before she said it tasted funny. Now she’s violently throwing up and more than likely has food poisoning. Most people would think, well at least the sodas were probably good, NOPE! They were ALL flat and watered down. I will absolutely never be ordering from Red Robin ever again.

Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were good. Soda was flat. Took home an order of Doh! nuts which were supposed to be cinnamon sugar however only half of them were, the others were just plain. Laziness on the cooks part I guess. Overall was good and will probably be back.
