We're here on vacation, from Colorado. This place is great and I love doing business with them. The shelled lobster is top-notch!, I'm going to pick up a few more pounds to freeze and fly home to Colorado. I did that last year and we had occasional lobster rolls all winter. And you can't beat making your own lobster stew with nothing more than lobster tails, butter, heavy whipping cream and a sprinkle of salt.I am saddened to learn of their personal tragedy; gleaned through reading reviews, and I'm glad to support their business. Lifting them and theirs in prayer.

They were out of Lobster by the time I got there to try one of the highly rated lobster rolls. But that's okay, I grabbed the Shrimp Basket instead and was just a satisfied! Thank you! I'll get there earlier for a lobster roll next time!

EXCELLENT!!! Sandy Point is my go to fir ALL the fresh seafood I want. I get lobsters, fresh picked lobster meat, fresh picked crabmeat and my haddock there. I make chowder at home, baked stuffed haddock and everything is perfect. Often we will go just to have lunch. Their fish tacos are delicious as is their haddock platter with a ton of French fries. I have yet to try their fried class, shrimp and scallops, but I have no doubt that they are as excellent as everything else. No complaints here at all. Anyone who complains, just doesn't know good food.

This place won’t disappoint! Freshest seafood in Central Maine. Large portions and friendly staff. We even bought fresh scallops and shrimp to cook the next day.

The food was excellent. Very disappointed with the size of portions. A $20 scallop basket came with 12 small scallops, 1 - 1 1/4 inch around at most. The shrimp basket didn't have very many shrimp in it either. I've been eating there since they opened, and the portion size is much smaller than it used to be.

I just stopped in on a whim when I saw they had fish tacos, brought them back to work with me and am absolutely floored with how good they are. Insane amounts of fish, delicious mango salsa and the chipotle mayonnaise is incredible. These are hands down the best fish tacos in the greater Kennebec Valley and I look forward to trying more off their menu.

I was looking for a place that sold fried fish after The Red barn closed for Winter. My son suggested I try this. He said the fish and fries were excellent along with other dishes he had. He was wrong! THIS FISH WAS AMAZING! THE BEST I HAD EVER HAD! Except Fresh fried right off the dock( & I'd say it is EQUAL). I'm not a very big eater so I shared this with 2 other adults! It was enough for all of us. The cole slaw was BETTER than KFC! The meal was HUGE for the price. If you want EXCELLENT perfectly fried, melt in your mouth fried fish, you need to try this place! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I went there to buy some fresh lobster and crab. Price was good and service was outstanding, very friendly!! I got what I can for and also bought a fresh lobster roll and it was fantastic!!! Will definitely go back next time I'm in town!

Haddock basket and shrimp basket!!! You can't beat their food!! Hat's off to the chef. The French fries are always so crisp. The fish and shrimp were too, and I was worried because it was take out and I thought the steam from the cooked food would make things soggy well, not at all!!! And we have a 30 minute drive too! Their food is ALWAYS excellent! You can't get a bad meal here.

When my birthday rolled around, I decided that I would treat myself to takeout from here. They usually post the menu on the Sunday starting the week and can sellout fast, so watch their insta and the tock website. My birthday was the day after Mother's Day, so they sold out within the day I believe. I ordered for the same day as Mother's Day since they don't do Mondays. The minimum order was for two people so I figured I would have leftovers.
