I’ve been a customer since Two Maine Guys was a food truck, and as of late, I feel like the food has been declining. Without fail, the last handful of times we’ve ordered the order has been wrong. Today when I called, I spoke with the woman who checked me out, I’m not sure who was cooking, but I could hear him arguing with her “I know I put the sauce on it.” She mentioned they have knowingly been having issues with the sauce being thinner/less flavorful. Why not let the customer know ahead of time? Add extra on the side to avoid the issue? I mentioned I wouldn’t be returning, due to not only the food quality being on the downhill slide, but as is the customer service. Very disappointing experience. First off, that beef stew is amazing! Had a small bowl of it today and it hit the right spot. Been there a couple times now and they're always friendly. Fast service. Wife loves the fish tacos. The mac and cheese is amazing. Shakes are great! Definitely recommend then any time I can.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but portions are big enough for 2 kids to split a meal.

Wait is waaaaay too long for the price they want for food that is on almost every corner. 30 minutes for fried pickles is a joke. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake or payed for.Update 3/24: just waited over 40 minutes for avarage chicken poppers. Thats all i orederd and it took 40 minutes. This was supposed to be their redemption. I should have know what was going to happen when no one there was eating, just waiting.

Beef stew was amazing! The burgers are awesome. Definitely get that pulled pork mac and cheese. Fish tacos are recommended by my wife. And those shakes, worth it.

We went for dinner the staff was nice but the wait after we ordered was 40 min and even tho we ate there the fries were cold and unseasoned the burger was also not hot. I love it here normally but today there were so many door dash orders going out that the in store food was not good. I'm sad because I was looking forward to dinner there.
