The drive thru is always busy but you have to wait - sometimes up to 10 minutes- to place and order at the counter . The last time we were there I ordered a single burger and had bacon added. The bacon was so overcooked and broken up into little pieces it was like crunching on rocks. I'll have to really think about going there again

Place sucks doors to the bathrooms are locked have to ask for a key, service sucks, the food isn't like it was beforen I won't be back

Dave's Double is a great burger. Slightly expensive. Chili is very good. Unsweetened Ice Tea is a great low calorie beverage. Fish sandwich is the perfect crispy crunchy. But where's the fish? Reminds me of the old Wendy's ad with Clara Pella: Where's the beef?

Sadly we waited 4 minutes before anybody even came to the counter to help us and we ordered a simple meal nothing more and it took 14 minutes before it was plated for us, These people move with 0 urgency and 0 personality . The sad truth is this place used to be amazing and with the staffing currently this place is like a ghost town. Food was cold, Workers were less than friendly and they had no regard for MY TIME or SATISFACTION.

I used to get food here ... until a patron exited the bathrooms and said that the soap dispensers at both sinks were empty, to which the person at the counter didn't seem too concerned about.Kinda begs the question,"How would the kitchen staff wash their hands, when they're done using the bathroom?"I couldn't bring myself to eat what I had ordered, threw it in the trash and went someplace else. You should consider going someplace else, too.

Unfortunately my experience this time through Wendy's was not very good as the food was not fresh as Wendy's advertises. I had to reorder my hamburger and fries because when I looked at them at the window through the drive-thru the fries were extremely old as was the burger. The team that was there apologized and they recooked my food to ensure that it was fresh.Features: Fresh food, cooked to order

So apparently door dash gets priority and you'll be left standing in line until they take care of the drivers. Service was slow. The restaurant was very dirty. I'll be going to civic center drive from now on. Faster service and very clean.

Been getting my chicken Ceaser here for quite some time now and won’t be returning. The chicken was undercooked and rubbery I couldn’t even bite into it. The one piece I did manage to eat was all fatty looking. Probably going to get food poisoning from this mess… see attached photos. Not impressed. Put a 2 for food because at least the baconator fries were decent..
Always have loved Wendy's. Had the pretzel melt double cheeseburger. It was the bomb.
