Food tastes great—I just can never get it because they are always understaffed and running a ghost ship of online ordering only. They are also frequently out of something—usually fajitas veggies. The lack of staff makes me wonder if the minimum wage laws are going to kill this company. They are allegedly hiring at $17 /hour (sign on door) but appear to only have like three people working generally.Since switching to the online ordering the portions have been very “controlled”/skimpy, and usually done wrong/missing something(s) on the ticket.I go here for the lunchtime convenience, but it is very inconvenient to have to order in the store from my phone since it takes WAY longer than a human interaction—this also means I cannot come just myself with my kid because I can’t be on my phone and watching the little bugger.After 10 minutes of pressing buttons and entering all the items I wanted using the online feature, I ended up leaving and going to Miguel’s because it said the soonest order was 45minutes out.I do really enjoy the food, so this is very depressing.*Edit: previously given two stars, they have improved significantly since my last visit. They had at least four workers, fajitas and were putting people through their lines! Way to go Bangor, chipotle!

Food is great! Very thankful for the staff that show up and make my food. But I’m very confused as to why they’re closed on random days! If it’s a staffing issue, not much you can do. But they’re also out of things all of the time, so maybe a management issue! Either way, will always stay loyal and order my food from them! Thank you guys

Running online order only at a chipotle is unacceptable. Waiting 45 minutes for a chipotle bowl is outrageous! Food is under portioned when i specifically say extra of an ingredient!

Not worth the Hassel. Tried ordering online, it didn't work. Went there to order, and they were only taking online orders, tried again online and still didn't work. Pick something different and don't waste your time and frustration.

This Chipotle restaurant has the worst service and management ever. They are always out of stuff and closed when it says it's open— or its only online orders. There's just always a problem when I try to get food there.

The location has great food and great staff when it isn’t “ALL DIGITAL” they consistently waste people’s time by not allowing in-store ordering. Their online ordering is subpar and frequently makes mistakes. I would highly recommend not wasting time coming here and potentially wasting your time. If you know for a fact they will be open for regular ordering, that’s the only time I would consider going.

I’ve been coming here every so often for few months, the entire seating area is always filthy, the service seems to get worse every time I come, the staff is always rude and never personable, and they are usually on mobile order only. Tonight, my boyfriend and I ordered our food through the app while we were inside, the app said no chips available but we could see that they were being made and bagged by an employee in the kitchen. Multiple employees told us and other guests that chips were not available, but we could see a worker in the kitchen actually eating chips out of the bags . For us, both being previously employed in the restaraunt industry we understand that sometimes, things run out and aren’t available. But to see a worker in the back eating chips, when other workers telling us they won’t be available for the rest of the night, was a little off putting and just adds to the negative experience. The food is usually good, but they always mess up my burrito if I order it on the app. Sad to see, but like I said, at least the food is usually good

Hours are roughly ( very roughly) 10pm-3am Mondays and Tuesdays, closed the rest of the week unless the wind is blowing westward. If you want to order on weekends you better not be too hungry or you may starve to death. This chipotle specifically has come to the realization that the most profitable way to conduct business is to be open 37 days of the year. God knows the food is bussin but you better keep your fingers crossed that the wind isn’t going East.
