The manager was one of the most ignorant managers I've ever encountered. Quite litterly at the end of the conversation she told me to "stop mumbling" then she sends this poor apologetic guy consistently saying sorry for his "boss's" issue and to fight her battles. Then incompetence comes into play when she can't even get a coupon to work and they didn't help. Award goes to the I should never be a manager of the year.

This location needs new kitchen staff. I've ordered from here before and I've had previous issues with my food before. (Didn't get what I ordered and the food was burnt) I gave them a second chance regrettably, they forgot items in my order that I paid for and there was a long black hair cooked into the pizza ? The person that delivered my food was the only good thing about my order last night.

Good is amazingly prepared. Service doesn't lac by no means the only thing that could be better is giving the option to receive the food curbside. Atmosphere is non-existent for when you walk in to get your food there's only a bar infront of you with a cash register and a huge kitchen behind that, this place is takeout or delivery only but besides that the employees are still quite pleasant and they make certain you get everything you orderedParking: Only about 5 spots to park in, otherwise you will have to park via street side

What a joke! What a group of rude, obnoxious people! I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and stupidity in all my life! They cannot get the order right and then hang up on me twice (two different people) when I called to explain and ask them to deliver the correct pizzas! Some ignorant girl actually said to me, "I don't want to remake your pizzas!" What kind of people are these? Jeremy put the wrong toppings on the wrong crusts, ruining TWO pizzas!! How does he have a job? We are calling the franchise owner tomorrow to hopefully convince him/her to get rid of these employees! We also filed a complaint online. NO ONE should be treated this way! The ONLY reason my friend ordered from Domino's is because the owner of Angelo's is in Florida and on the rare occasion any of us order in, the owner personally makes our pizza. Domino's is cheap and the people that work there are the same. Being a native New Yorker I KNOW good pizza. THIS IS GARBAGE and though that is what's expected from a place like Domino's the behavior of the people who work there is inexcusable! They don't care about anything or anyone and it is amazing any of them get hired anywhere. I hope the franchise owner listens to the three of us and hires a new staff of friendly, professional people with some level of intelligence. EVERYONE was greatly disappointed. The poor kids. I hate tears and truly hate Domino's. We all do. Just an aside, a new pizza, one out of two, was replaced because my friend (the one who ordered) called and the snippy girl did not know we were the same group of people. The new pizza was not round, thin as a cracker - NOT NY PIZZA or even what THEY THINK NY pizza should be, NOT Brooklyn crust as was ordered (THAT is quite a joke, in itself), and one slice was incomplete as if a bite had been taken out of it (see photo). No one ate it. NEVER EVER AGAIN will any of us order from Domino's ! HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! SO glad to be leaving this state for good! Such low class! How horrendous and thoroughly unacceptable on so many levels! NO ONE should have to deal with such insufferable people. This had to be the worst experience we have ever had having lived all over the US and in London. What a disgrace! Any intelligent person would be insulted by these people with zero integrity or kindness. Save your time and money and do not give this franchise your business!

Unfortunately we live right by the worst dominos in Bangor. They ALWAYS forget something. It never fails. Then say they are to busy to bring you that item even AFTER the driver says he'll be right back. This has happened way to much. We always tip and treat you guys right but we never get that back in return.

I did leave a better review to begin with. But I will not be ordering from them again :) A lot of the time my food is burnt. Not the pizza! The pizzas are usually fine. There have been times that I don't get the toppings I've ordered. But it's not a huge deal. The breadsticks things are sometimes burnt. But the chicken nuggets are usually burnt on the edges with BARELY any sauce. The hash browns are always burnt around the edges. The sandwiches taste great just inconsistent. 2) the wait time is so inaccurate. It'll say 20-30 minutes you're gonna wait 2+ hours almost everytime. I've ordered at 9pm and gotten my food at 1am before. Right now I ordered at 5pm it is now 7pm and its still in “Prep” The wait time is always so so so long. Usually if I want pizza at 10 then I need to order it at 8:30. I always forget the wait time so I'll order at 9 expecting it at 10. Then I have to stay up until 11:30. I've called a few times and they've just declined it. They finally picked it up. They said I would have to wait another hour until they LOOKED at it. They both sounded annoyed and like it was their first time speaking to a customer. I had used two coupons to get my stuff mostly for free. I said cancel my order and can get my $22 dollars worth of coupons back some how and she said no. That's it's not her problem its through corporate. I asked if she could get me a manager. She almost laughed and said no that she's not going to. Gave me an oh well and went silent. She sounded like she didn't like her job. So I said whatever and hung up. I oughta go down to the store and take $22 bucks out of her wallet since its so funny. I've had issues at my store with coupons, exchanges, or out of date sells, and its simple. You speak to the manager. The manager reaches out to their manager. That person then sees whether or not a gift card could or should be made under a customer pay out. I sent an email to corporate to hopefully get my money.
