Store continued to sell drinks out of a broken drink machine. I explained to the manager on duty that the drink machine wasn't working at that the drinks taste bad. She declined to refund the drinks stating that they had posted signs indicating that the ice wasn't working.Same manager called me earlier today after i sent in a complaint online. She doubled down that the drinks "just taste funny" when the machine is broken and offered to comp my drinks next time I dine in. She also informed me that the drink machine was still broken.I don't think I will visit again.

Best Burger ever. I drive 30 miles to have one. Fresh cut fries and chocolate milkshake top it off nicely. Really goes down a treat.Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer gluten-free options. My daughter has celiac disease. Five Guys is one of the places that we can go to eat together.Means alot.

Amazing food... Loved the juicy burgers, perfect crispy on outside and soft inside fries.. Hot dogs were amazing! attention to detail, super friendly staff, quick service. It was soo good we had to make 2 trips in a couple days.

Our order was correct and delicious, we told them my wife had a mushroom allergy and they made sure the whole crew knew and was careful with her order. Best service in Bangor so far

It's hit or miss sometimes. Some days the food is really good and well put together, other days not so much. My last two times in the orders have been mixed up/ wrong toppings and such. Overall, it is still one of the better places to grab a quick bite to eat in bangor.

Very fast in service. A little busy most of the time. But I enjoy the peanuts in the bags until my food arrives. Not a lot of items in the menus but the burgers are very good and the fries are at a different level. Easier to get from Walmart.
