If I could give more stars I would.The food is good, there is such a large selection of drinks, and the atmosphere is so much fun!I want to leave a special note for our waitress tonight. We did not get her name unfortunately, however she went out of her way to give us excellent customer service and make us feel welcome.Both of our birthdays are this week plus Valentine’s Day, so we are in town for a special trip. So far it’s been awful, but our visit to Hero’s has been the best part and a highlight.We sat right across from the bike games and if you know who was closing in that section please show her some extra love because you have an excellent employee.Thank you, Hero’s for making our trip that much better, we will be back!

I don’t like having to say negative things but I took my son there last night for Valentine’s Day dinner, service was great but potato skins seemed liked they had been reheated from like a day or two old and the games with prizes were a huge letdown. I specifically brought him there to try and cheer him up and we spent $40 trying to win even just one little rubber duckie, a ball, or stuffed animal a something but the prize games haven’t been refilled for a long time so not possible.

We placed an online order around 5:15, was to be ready at 5:40. We did not receive our food until 6:35 after waiting in the parking lot for well over half an hour while the hosts/servers talked in a circle when I went to check on the progress of my food after I was told the kitchen was backed up.
We are originally from Buffalo and the wings here are good. Prices are fair, food is good and it's a great place to watch a game.

We did it online order. We ordered it at 6:40, told it was going to be ready at 7:20. Didn't bag it and get our food until 7:53. It shouldn't take over an hour for food. If we were in dining, I would have left. Will not order from them again.

Nice local restaurant that's equal parts sports bar and Dave and Buster's, but with a strong family feel.
