When a customer comes into your establishment and is greeted and then ignored to take care of other orders that have come In from DoorDash this is a problem and I see it everywhere. The customer that comes into the store should be the top priority period. You had plenty of staff on the could have helped to make this happen but instead I left. One of the employees wearing an N95 today who was clearly under the weather had it pulled down blowing and wiping their nose then goes to grab gloves from box touching each hand with the opposite bare hand while putting them on without washing hands. Proceeds to make my sub while digging contaminated gloves into the veggies. I wanted to be polite so I paid for my sub and left. Tossed it in the trash when I got home. I really love the food but the sanitation here is getting sketchy. Frequent customer who will be taking a long break from eating here.
I got takeout and it was great. Still fresh after eating it hrs later.

Have always loved Jersey Mike's but very disappointed today. Only 2 bread types available. Lettuce looked old, wilted and discolored so I removed it at home. I was not impressed when they scraped the sides of the empty mayo container to put on the sandwich, which was gross. Why are people behind the counter just standing around? Will not be back until reviews get better!

Jersey Mike's is the bees friggin knees. The sammiches are always delish and fresher than the prince of Bel Air. The employees were all super nice and complimented my huge mohawk. Every night I get on my knees and pray to multiple gods that Jersey Mike's buys out every subway on the globe, and maybe then we would finally find world peace.

Last time I got these guys I asked for double meat in my sandwich, paid extra, but had the same exact amount as my buddy who did not ask for extra. Same sandwich, same size, what a ripoff!
