Third time I have ordered quarter cheese and it was raw inside. Same with my sausage the other day. Grills use to have idiot proof timers. 5.99 ×3 and threw them away. Not again. Noticed no lines at McDonald's. other two fast food places were packed . bet that's why. Fix that and you might get your customers back.

I've gone through the drive-thru now twice at this certain location and I don't know what is wrong with their management but I am going to tell you that I have been paying for product that I'm not getting I asked to have Mac sauce put on my burgers the last time I called them I never showed up to yet it fixed I just said screw it this time I'm leaving them a review and saying screw it once again that every time I go there and I have a special order they screw up on it and they don't give me what I paid for in any way so I'm losing money and I know it's Christmas Eve but there's no excuse if you can't run the product out the door people are asking for and paid for then you should close down if you don't have enough staff and the manager should be fired because I don't know what the hell they're doing it's been like this now for about the last 6 months I am no longer going to this McDonald's or any of the ones here in Bangor I will now take my business to Burger King who doesn't mess up my orders ever can't think of one time let McDonald's is over and over again
