I’m so disappointed, especially since this is a newly renovated site. I waited almost a half an hour in line because the poor guy was there all by himself, at LUNCH TIME!! To add they were out of pretty much everything because the guy had no time to restock anything with there being a rush.

The last 3 times going to Subway on Union St they have been closed. Doesn't matter what time I go they are closed. If that is the case either update the website or put a sign on the door.

Floor was muddy but if she had been busy would have been ok and accepted but I was the only one there with my daughter just now trying to get a foot long and six inch. We were first made to wait while she continued sweeping no please wait a moment no words from her in fact. Then, when she did put the broom down, made it very clear that we were bugging her. The final straw was when I asked her to do my daughter's sandwich first after she started to do mine and she hugged and said fine, what's on the six inch then. All she had to do was pretend to be nice back. You think I really wanted to be pleasant when she was acting the way she was? Walked out without sandwiches will try another one or go to a different sub shop there is enough competition now.

This is a nice little place to get lunch. Or dinner I guess. Since changing owners the staff have been so much better than they used to be, the food is made fresh and correctly. I enjoy going and chatting with the girl who opens the store and look forward to seeing her each week. I always get the same sandwich and she knows exactly what it is and I don't even need to tell her anymore. It makes you feel important and appreciated. She even gets the crazy amount of ranch I want on it perfect lol. I would Def recommend giving this place a chance.

The machine broke down, but the gentleman kept his cool, he was very polite and doing the best he could to keep the line moving, everyone was very understanding because of his friendly attitude with everyone and very apologetic, I've never had a nicer subway employee then him, he deserves a raise...I didn't get his name but he was at airport mall subways on Monday afternoon...He's a keeper for sure...
I generally don't like going to Subways, but I stopped in with a guest who was running late for a bus trip and this is the closest place for her to grab something to eat, so I decided to get something too. I was surprised to find that they did a great job of their sandwiches and the staff was friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but by then it was too late to find another place to go. I would recommend this Subway.

Love their subs, soup , salads and wraps. They definitely are very expensive now, with just 2 subs costing as much as going out to a sit down fancy restaurant per person. I'd rather do that then get subway now unfortunately.

The female with multi-coloured hair is hostile and extremely stingy to customers. She will not accept Subway Corporation's coupons and refuses to place more than a small amount of vegetables in sandwiches.I've bought Subway sandwiches in Communist China, the Republic of China (Taiwan--the good China), six Canadian provinces, nine U.S. states, and other places. This is the only Subway franchise manager/supervisor I've encountered that won't take the company's coupons and sell properly made sandwiches.
