Melissa at Tim Hortons on Odlin Rd was extremely snappy while taking my order. I felt very rushed and overall had an unpleasant experience. Then when I got to the window, she seemed in very rude spirits. I feel bad for her coworkers honestly, such a hostile environment can’t be good for one’s mental health. Regardless, have a blessed day! I won’t be revisiting.

I get a Bacon Grilled Farmer's Breakfast Wrap without chipotle sauce every morning on my way to work, Monday through Friday. I've kind of become a familiar face to the stellar morning crew at this particular location. In my opinion, Tim Hortons breakfast food is so much more tastier, and definitely fresher, than Dunkin Donuts, so I'm very grateful that I live close enough to Canada that I have access to 4 Tim's that are all relatively close to my house. The owner of the local Bangor area Tim Hortons is a super nice guy who still goes to work, and gets his hands dirty. A few times a month he works the drive thru, and he's always cracking jokes while giving A+ customer service at the same time.Wheelchair accessibility: It is.

I really dislike most of these stores in the Bangor maine area.if you get there when they open, many of their products are not ready or available. If you don't have your products until 7, maybe they should consider opening at 7 instead. Bought a gift card for a present, and the woman grabbed one from the display on the counter and just handed it to me. I had to ask if she needed to run it through the machine or if it read minds and just put the amount I want on it. I don't usually go to Tim Hortons for this very reason, but my friend loves them. I am so happy I only have to deal with this business about once a year because it is the same every time I go.

Would give zero starts if I could. These people accuse their regular customers of not paying for their coffee when they in fact did. I don’t know if this is like the coffee cartel or something, but I’d assume the clerical error would be blamed on the clerk, but I guess this is how they do business. Will never be
This is the 3rd time I have ordered extra eggs and cheese and still only got 1 egg split in half. I think paying 1.50 extra for an egg and not getting it is ridiculous. Am I going to have to go in and watch them make it every time.
