I loved coming here! It's a warm inviting casual atmosphere right on the water. The new owners are all so nice and friendly and I wish them much success. It looks like they are off to a great start.

The food was absolutely terrible. Burger was raw on the inside but burnt on the outside. The food seemed to be frozen items and definitely not fresh. Would not eat here

I was pleasantly surprised by many aspects of this restaurant. For appetizers we had the boneless wings and shrimp cocktail. Hubby really liked the wings-shrimp cocktail was average of what I would expect. For entrees hubby had the Cobb salad which was fine and even though I typically don't order sandwiches something about the chicken and Brie sandwich appealed to me so I tried that. It was actually quite fantastic...a very different combo of flavors but it really did work and tasted great and very fresh. We have a janitorial contracting business and clean state and federal buildings so I am especially keen on noticing how clean a place is. This restaurant was exceptionally clean. Their restaurant rooms were some of the cleanest I've ever seen. Our server was excellent. She was extremely attentive and very nice and good service also can make or break a meal. I definitely would come back.

First time experience at Nautilus. My mother was visiting me in Belfast and told me she wanted a fish sandwich for lunch, so naturally I thought of Nautilus instantly. We got there mid afternoon on a Friday, and there was next to nobody there. Seated promptly. Nice, simple, not overstated dining area, just very quaint, rustic, with a window seat with beautiful views of Belfast harbor did not disappoint and improved the experience. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Mom had the haddock sandwich. I had the chicken and brie. Mom raved about how fresh and flaky and amazing the haddock was. The chicken and brie was one of the best sandwiches I've had in years. Chargrilled chicken, arugula, apples, creme de brie, and balsamic reduction sauce, flavor combo out of this world, presentation 10/10. This might be one of the best restaurants in Belfast. 5 star across the board for Nautilus.
Food was fantastic. On this recent visit Brussels sprouts with scallops was out of this world.

Horrible service and food. Went in for a celebration dinner with 3 adults and my baby. The waitress forgot our silverware and napkins, had to ask several times for refills, food was minimal seafood and 90% batter, food was cold. A small plate of onion rings was 9.99. A half scoop of ice cream with fudge topping, 9.99. Outrageous. It states on the policy that for parties of 6 and over tip of 20% can be added. Waitress added her own tip of $36 we wouldn't have left her a dime for that service and she must have known that. After several phone calls and an online complaint, they said they had a gift certificate. The bull was $231 for a horrible meal and experience. They gave me a $25 gift certificate. I threw it in the trash. What a slap in the face. Not even 10% was refunded. Never going there again and have already spread the word about this experience. No thanks Nautilus

Love both. Recommend Lazy lobster, already shelled. Lobster meat in butter sauce. Delicious Service was timely,accommodating. Comfortable clean ambiance.
