Stopped in for a quick beer on my way back from Portland and ended up staying for two. I tried the two sours available and enjoyed them both. Parking in the area is a bear but there's a public lot up the street next to the police department (ha) that offers 2 hours free parking...
Some of the best beer in Maine. The Veridian is a perfect IPA. The Jolly Woodsman a well balanced coffee stout. So many other great beers of almost every style.I love the new menu they added in 2023. Tons of vegetarian options. The mushroom poutine is the best poutine I’ve ever had… vegetarian or not. And the Caesar salad has crispy chickpeas and capers that add rich flavor and make it a great vegan option.
