Service was terrible. Staff leaves people standing there for a while before they’ll acknowledge you. If you have never been to a Dunkin good luck getting anyone to help you figure out what you want and they don’t pay attention to flavoring.Not a good experience for someone who’s never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts before.

This place does not care about people waiting in line at all. The manager was rude after I expressed that I waited a hour and 20 minutes for my order to be taken. I’m still in line waiting and no one is taking orders. They are so focused on doing online orders that they don’t care about their customers who are actually waiting in line. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

when I get coffee here I have a 50/50 chance of getting burnt coffee . I'm sick of going to this DD. when you spend $2,000 a year on coffee I expect it to be perfect not here and there.

Two young "brats" working were absolutely rude and one of them insulted me. They told us it's drive through only, the door was unlocked & we saw no sign stating otherwise. They need better customer satisfaction skills. I was so offended ?

I always enjoy the Avocado Toast! I have them toast my bread dark, though so the Avocado doesn't make the toast too soggy!
