People know you don't go to 5 guys for atmosphere. It would be like saying you love the atmosphere at McDonald's. However, unlike any McDonald's, 5 guys have great burgers and fries. On top of that, they are super consistent. My only qualm, which shouldn't be factored in, is the burgers do not travel well. That said, eat in house for the best experience.

Bought a large received a medium when I brought it to their attention absolutely nothing was done not an apology not the correct sandwich. The medium sandwich I paid 15$ for wasn't even very full being more bread then meat

Update on 3-12-24Extremely irregular hours. Always says it's open until 10 but pretty much never is.Also if someone walks in the door and is the only person in there and standing at the designated pick-up window it's safe to assume they are there to pick up and yet the staff consistently does not acknowledge that you are there waiting. Or ask who/ what you're waiting forI'd recommend when picking up always go to the register or you likely won't be helped.

Online it says the store closes at 10:00 pm. You try to place an order at 7:30 pm online and it tells you that you can’t place an order because the store closes at 8:00pm. So I called to find out when they closed. I got placed on hold for 10:00 minutes so I hung up and called back it happened three times. I called back a fourth time at 8:01 phone was of the hook and can’t leave a message. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last two months.

Amazing five guys. Food was excellent. Everything was perfect. Service was great.When we went they couldn't take cards. So we had to find the nearest atm which was across the street at target and market basket. No biggie it wasn't there fault the computer system was down.
The employees are always working so hard and always friendly. Definitely one of the best five guys locations around. (:
