I got it from Door Dash, so I can't speak to the atmosphere. But the vegan foodstuff options were AMAZING!!! Thank you. They make tofu better than I do. I have to get the seitan ribs next time. Seriously, AMAZING job and thank you!!!!

Killer BBQ in the heart of downtown Biddeford. Everything was great. It’s a small joint so make reservations if you can. The brisket was delicious and very tender. Service was spot on and friendly. The bearded guy working the door and floor was super accommodating. We have so much to try when we’re back. (As good as their Kittery location)

My family ate here on a Friday evening. It wasn’t too busy, nice workers, and a nice atmosphere. The tables were very big. However, the food was disappointing. The chicken sandwich was soggy, tasted like it was watered down, and barely even tasted like bbq. The coleslaw was actually awful. The shared platter was okay at best. The menu had like eight options. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Went here the other night to check it out and it wasn't what I hoped for. They don't have baby back ribs, just St. Louis, so I thought I'd give them a try. I've had them before and like them as well, but prefer baby back, that's all. They were tender and meaty but I could only eat one. They have a heavy salt and pepper rub on them and it was way too much and I do mean way too much, I just couldn't eat them.I'm guessing they don't use a real wood fire and they use Liquid Smoke, which some places do, but again, it was way too much, just not good. I do think if they cut back considerably on these two things, it could be a nice place for BBQ!

The brisket lacked smoke flavor and seasoning at the Biddeford location, unlike the consistently well-prepared brisket at their Kittery location, which we've frequented. Perhaps we visited on an off day with depleted wood and salt supplies. The potato salad had good flavor, but was dry and crumbly. The ribs and cornbread were excellent.

Best bbq in the northeast. The service is amazing and it tastes just like Texas bbq (coming from a Texas girl who worked in a pit house). The drinks are stellar too!!

I love BBQ. I had no idea Ore Nells was around until I got a message about it. Passing through I happened to see it so I figured it would be a good time to stop. I definitely DONT regret that. I'm sorry I waited this long. I read the reviews so I came into this with an open mind. It's Texas BBQ. It's going to be spicy and flavorful. After reading one post, I'm going to caution that if you bring your children ask them to take the seasoning down a bit.I try to be impartial...and I say this often.....but the more I love something I tend to look for downsides. But each thing I tried I found myself saying Wow... this is the star of the meal. We got the platter for two and substituted one side for the jalapeño corn bread. While the title may scare some off....don't let it. You can taste the jalepenos....but on a spice level they are a 2 out of ten. On a flavor level I'm hostile because they went down to fast and I ran out. The brisket was amazing and juicy. The ribs were without flaw. The pulled pork was great. They all were stand alone meat dishes that highlighted the meat. I didn't get any overwhelming spice. The meat was rhe star. We got both a sweet and spicy sauce..... the spicy was good on everything.... the pulled pork seemed to pair better with the sweet. The mac and cheese was without flaw. But I have to say.... the Cole slaw was my own personal point of shock and awe. I'm used to traditional cole slaw. Here in New England it's either sweet and full of horseradish or doused with vinegar. This slaw was a reunion to the southwest. I've lived in Texas and oklahoma..so all I can say is if you want western flavor and to try something different....this is it.We got carryout but the atmosphere looked great. One of the owners was working the front and handed me my food. Prove point was where I expected. We spend just under 50$.Cons: love the Cole slaw but wish the slices were a little bigger. I skipped grabbing utensils and that's my bad... but there were no napkins or anything in the bag. I should've checked. Not their fault.So.... as far as barbeque....flavor....people...atmosphere... and the execution and developement of the food.I have to do 5 stars. I'm definitely going back.If you love food and aren't afraid of flavor...... this is going to be a favorite spot for you.
