Bold statement incoming: I would say that the iced pistachio latte ("made it vegan, just ask") with oat milk is one of the three best caffeinated drinks in the entire state of Maine. If you're a lover of pistachio - the actual nut (or ice cream) and not the artificial flavor of it - it's an absolute guarantee that you'll love this drink too. It's creamy, it's nutty, it's sweet without being too sweet. Perfection, really. I'm sorry it took me so long to finally try it - I just genuinely didn't think they could make it vegan. Not only can they, they also make it VERY CLEAR on their menu/signage at the register that they can. (I love places that are making it easier and more clear and more of a comfortable process for those of us who want to order plant-based. Thanks, Time & Tide) The staff here are really friendly people. Also not artificially so. I feel welcomed here! Granted, there's not a ton of space to sit in this minimalist decor café with your drink, but if you can grab a table/seat, you'll never be rushed onward. Also, just a plain cup of black coffee is good, good, good. As in: the next time I visit I'll probably buy a bag of their "thoughtfully roasted quality" coffee beans to bring home!

I tried the Pistachio Latte because it sounded delicious and I'd read positive reviews about it. It did not disappoint! The Maple Pumpkin Butter Toast was equally delicious. The staff and service wasn't lacking either. On a cool, dreary day, this spot was warm and satisfying. I'll definitely return.

I absolutely adore Time and Tide! Their coffee is incredibly tasty. I have NEVER had a bad cup of coffee from them. The staff are fantastic. The space is designed with a modern minimalism that lends itself to “just running in to pick up a quick cup” or hanging out for a warm cup and warm conversation with a friend. Go. You will not be disappointed.
Such amazing roasts and brews!! Delicious, well prepared coffees. Their pistachio latte, saffron latte, and seasonal lattes are astonishing. The people are all warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It’s always a treat to stop in the shop, chat a bit, and sip a soul-satisfying Time and Tide coffee.

Highly recommend trying a latte from this cute coffee shop. My friend and I spent a couple of hours in Biddeford, first at Palace Diner, then we explored a lighthouse, finally we stopped here. My latte was so delicious (Hazelnut Mocha). I thought it might be too sweet but it was honestly perfect and the milk was steamed to perfection as well. The barista was really kind and we enjoyed chatting about Biddeford.

Spontaneously stopped here on a road trip from Ohio. We got an iced maple latte and an iced pistachio cream latte. They are both delicious and I'm sad this will be my only chance to experience this coffee!! Vegan and lgbt friendly, my two favorite things :)
