Food was really greasey & didn't taste that great no flavor to the special rice I ordered & the chop suey tasted like corn starch it was not good at all very disappointed & the prices are expensive & the food should be on point. Gonna take a break away from ordering

The ordering online is absolutely not worth the stress. Its a challenge to speak to a human when I call. I always have to mentally prepare before calling Wok n Roll because I know it might take 20-30 attempts before I get an answer, for them to put me on hold.

The food is terrible (if they even end up delivering sometimes they do sometimes they don't ?♂️) I ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. Still no food, no way to get through to anyone (phone is just a busy signal) and it's a Monday night.. this place is terrible I cannot even get a refund. I ordered through their delivery service. It's usually a long wait anyway but way worse lately. Let me tell you this business wouldn't stay afloat in the Boston area for a month. The service is horrible! Chinese food used to be a cheap way to get decent food fast. This place offers old food, slow service or no service, and it's overpriced. STAY CLEAR!

This Chinese place never let's me down! They're the only place where you can order online and make substitutions every other place you have to actually call, very convenient for me as I don't like talking on the phone lol. Over all I'm happy every time I order. If you love Chinese food and haven't tried this place yet, you need to you won't be disappointed and your welcome ?

I always ordered delivery and never had any issues. The food is excellent. However, last time I ordered my food never came. I waited in the lobby of my apartment for over two hours, watching my phone and the door for any sign of delivery.When I called Wok n Roll to resolve this issue, I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone. She claimed that they called numerous times, and that I did not answer. However I have 0 missed calls in my call log, and have had no problem receiving their calls previously. I asked the woman to clarify which number she called. She refused, and told me all service would be denied to me in the future.I was very confused and upset, as I did not do anything wrong. I am now on the Do not Deliver list because they called the wrong number. Will not be bringing my business back here, and I suggest that others do not if they wish to be treated with any morsel of dignity or respect.
