Decaf iced coffee was basicly sugar and water, returned it and they gave me another one that was only a little better..will not be returning.

You have one of the best employees I've ever seen at a dunking working here. This man is running this location by himself, zero other staff, with a upbeat Attitude. Took car of me and an elder women and 12 drive through orders in the ten mins Ithat was there. Get this man a team before u burn a good employee out DD!

Forgot Bacon on my "Bacon topped Avacado toast" toast was a little burnt and so were my hash browns. But my coffee was made correctly (which was the most important) staff was attentive and friendly.I placed a mobile order around 8am and drive thru was busy. I didn't check my food before leaving. Not the worst DD experience . I'm an addict and I'll be back.

I ordered something via mobile rewards that wasn't available and the guy working went above and beyond to made a drink as similar as possible and it was even better than what I initially ordered. I appreciated that he went the extra step to make things right - it's not his fault the mobile app let me order something they no longer had. The workers are always friendly at this location.

i ordered 3 SAUSAGE egg and cheese wake up wraps and a coffee. the coffee came out quick and was great. she had to make the wraps real quick, which i didn't mind because no one was behind me. I received my 3 wraps and proceeded on my way, come to find out when i took the first bite, it had no sausage. Maybe she forgot...but you couldn't forget 3 of the same 1 item. all 3 had 0 sausage. i wanted to call and complain but i figured it could be of no effect or use.i love DD but I'm extremely disheartened by the lack of quality. nobody should be fired but i think they should be retrained, so the future customers don't receive the same treatment as I.
