I hate to do this, however it needs to be known and addressed.I ordered 3 sandwiches (about $40.) and while sitting there waiting I noticed the employee stop, answer an incoming call (still wearing gloves she was wearing to make the sandwiches), ring-in that order on the register and then promptly go back to handling food…with the same gloves she just handled the germ infested phone and register with.I stepped up and asked that she change out her gloves which she did and also threw away the tainted food. This makes me question the cleanliness of everything that goes on behind the scenes.This was in the evening and I was only customer there so it’s not as if she was in a rush.This is unfortunate because I’m sure the owner just has no idea. This is not a training issue as I’m sure the employee knows better. This is an issue of laziness.As a side note, cold pickles shouldn’t be wrapped in with a hot sandwich. It’s like putting cold salad in a hot bowl.All of that said, They do offer a nice selection, you just have to keep an eye on what’s going on behind the counter.

I got the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry special. Sandwich tasted fine but if you want to spend $15 and be full don't go here. I thought I was getting a deli sub and was surprised when the employee walked out with a small flat square.

We stopped here, hungry, on a Saturday evening on the road between Bangor and Bar Harbor. I called ahead to confirm they had seating (not just a takeout deli) and that they were open until 8 PM. We pulled in at 7:40 and ordered our salads, expecting to be able to sit down and enjoy them. They we ready in 10 minutes but the cook gave them to us in a takeout bag. I asked if we can sit in a booth to eat them and he said, "Sure, you have 9 minutes." I've never had that happen at a restaurant before! We shoveled down about a third of our food and left. There were no outside tables to finish eating, so we just drove to our lodging and finished in our room. All in all, the food was good but the whole experience was unpleasant.

From out of town, and I’m waiting on my dog at the vet, had to kill some time. Happened upon Harvest, read the reviews, & decided to order a Reuben Tuesday. It was fantastic!

Kind of a hipster, young bangor place, but not in the young hipster area. Staff is friendly, not speedy at all. Slow and steady. Long wait for a lunch sandwich with only 2 people in the building. i got a Caesar wrap which was very good. Prices are high but ingredients are all fresh and that's worth paying for. Much better than subway pricing lately, and better quality. I would return, but plan on waiting rather then thinking I could get a quick sandwich. Plan on 15 min+ wait.

So the food here is amazing! I came in tongiht June 4 2023 there was a guy and girl working. The secondthe guy saw me walk in he rolled his eyes at me!!!! I gave him my order and he seemed very flusteredwith me asking prices of differentitems. He didnt seem welcoming at all and barely saod 2 words to me.. once he handed me my food I said thank you have a great night he didn't say a word to me and walked off
