“I love Fam Dog! It was the first restaurant I went to when I first came to UMaine and constantly return. Their brunch menu is delicious! However, I like to get the xolo chicken sandwich. They have gluten-free buns and are pretty good with allergies, but they have a shared fryer for fries. They also have really good ice cream, milk shakes, ciders, sodas, etc! “I was on vacation with family and we were super hungry and hoping to get a good Philly cheesesteak. We had decided to try this restaurant and while it was a little pricey the food was excellent. I'd actually say it had to be one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had. They also play good music thats not your annoying typical pop music. Definitely recommend and will be looking forward to eating there again :)“

“We wanted to try a new restaurant and saw Umami. We started with a gyoza appetizer which hands down I will say it's the best gyoza I've had in Maine. For a meal I chose to try the pork tonkotsu ramen. The broth was awesome very flavorful but overwhelming at all just delicious, perfectly gelatinized egg yolks and a melt in your mouth pork that kicks with a tasty flavor. My wife chose to build her own bowl with a curry broth which she has deemed a staple for the next time we stop in. Great boba tea and sake! Will definitely be back!“
