We have been here for an hour and just the first course. Evidently they ran out of the soup that comes with entrees but never bothered to tell us. Our waitress is also working in the kitchen and the other waitress who is not has served her customers waters and soups before our waitress even though they sat down after us. The people behind us with our same waitress just said they’ve been waiting an hour for their food.

Eaten here once and food is good. Service is beyond SLOW! I ordered online and was given a 90 minute wait! So it said my food would be ready at 7:39. At 7:41 I get a text that the food is ready. I walk through the door at 7:42 and was told just a few minutes!!! It is now 8:10!!! WTF!!! Not sure why I have ever come back here!!! This is not good!! The more I type the more irritating this experience is, but seems to be a standard in Bangor!!

This is one of the best restaurants in Bangor. I have been going here for years and never had a bad dish. Its styling takes strong inspiration from Japan, with sections with raised bamboo flooring in which you sit closer to the table. They also have regular seating, but the other sections are very fun and unique. The food tastes closer to authentic Japanese rather than other restaurants which are typically more Americanized. Definitely worth checking out. Pictured, is two of the sushi rolls and one of the chicken curries with bubble teas.

We miss the original owner! This place better get their act together or they will not have any more customers. We went a few months ago and it was not too busy. We ordered our food which was not very complicated and after waiting an hour, the server told us that since we placed our order, a bunch of take out orders came in which meant to me they cater to take out before dine in. We decided to give it another shot last night and it was the last time. We were seated right away and there were about 6 other tables, some had food, some had not ordered yet. About 20 minutes later, the server came with water, my glass by the way was filthy and sticky. She was friendly and apologized for the wait. Almost an hour and fifteen minutes, later we get our food and one dish was completely wrong. We ordered two veggie maki rolls and seafood noodles. My Maki rolls were correct but the seafood noodles only had chicken and the wrong noodles. While we were waiting, 2 other tables walked out after waiting so long for their food. I let our experience go the first time because everyone had a bad day once in a while but after last night, they need to do something because what they are doing is not working. If they can't handle sit down and take out at the same time, then don't! It is a shame to see what happened to the business that was built over the years. I also watched the sushi chef come from behind the counter, touch things with his gloves on and then go back prepped without changing his gloves.

Me and my friends had a great dinner tonight at Yoshi! They made our belly's full and happy. We ordered Pho, Bento, Calamari, Crab Rangoon, Taro Boba, and Yoshi Island. I personally super love the Calamari and Crab Rangoon so much! I had to order one to go, it was the most fluffiest and softest Crab Rangoon I ever had, it just melted inside my mouth once I ate it, I highly recommend it! Same with the Calamari, Overall everything was fantastic with all the food we ate, the place was amazing and I personally admire and love how they plate each dish, it was a great experience for all of us, and it's worth every penny to try their food!

My food was dropped on the wet ground by the Door Dasher and the main entree container was opened and fell out. The bag was flimsy. The dasher put the food back in the container (with some of it hanging out of the container) and left it on my steps with coupons. I gave him a hefty tip. The least he could have done was get another entree or call Door Dash or the restaurant for a refund. I only got $5.00 back for a refund. Do not order from here or Door Dash. That was so disappointing and disgusting. Save your money!!!!!

Previously have had excellent meals and service here. In addition, I wanted to highlight the outstanding service for takeout. The staffed called me to review an allergy and help make adjustments to my order. Incredible and kind customer service! Will continue being a happy patron here.

The food was so delicious, and we sat on Tatami seats! My husband and I got the True Love For 2. The meal came with two complimentary miso soups and two salads. My husband’s favorite was Salmon and the Yellow Tail. I enjoyed the Salmon and Hamachi. We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

My wife and I got the True Love for 2, and it was delicious! Our favorites are the salmon, hamachi/yellowtail, and tuna which I believe are well liked by many. The tuna is what I expected. The hamachi/yellowtail was flavorful, and the salmon was a creamy melt in your mouth texture and lovely flavor.Parking: There's only a few spots in front of the store but there are plenty of spots next door at the local grocery store which may be used.

I used to love it here but had a bad experience today. Very very slow, we were in the restaurant for well over an hour and a half. My husband had his food almost gone before my food came out. Out of one of the items on the menu we always get. We also heard the cook yelling “I don’t care” at a waitress. I would pass next time and go for M Thai.

Use EXTREME CAUTION with this place!!! I told them MULTIPLE times that I'm literally DEATHLY allergic to something, and when I got my food they tried sneaking it into EVERY dish and piece of sushi I ordered. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have had to call 911 and go to the hospital with anaphylaxis. I'll never be going here again. So sad that they were willing to gamble with someone's life like that.
