This is a great place to get some great food. Everything we ordered tasted awesome. I expected more spice, but it was still great.

El Rodeo is favorite restaurant in general, but the one is brunswick is definitely the yummiest and nicest one I've been to. (I've also been to the one in Scarborough and Portland)

Food is always amazing! It's consistent and you always are satisfied regardless of what time your meal is. Service.... yeah it's unfortunately a stereotype in action. Not alit if any English from any of the 3 that night and everything I'm there. So nod your head, point ?? and show on the menu hope for the best and even if the order is wrong it's still DELICIOUS ?

Meh food, served slowly and lukewarm. I couldn't seem to make clear my order to the server whose first language is definitely not English. I'm allergic to gluten. I ordered three beef tacos. I was served three potato tacos which had been fried. I would never have ordered fried anything because of the risk of cross contamination. I couldn't make my server understand what I was asking, and the service was so slow I was starving by the time we were served so I just ate it and now I'm not feeling good. Margaritas were enormous and mediocre. Won't go there again.

slow service, got the wrong meal (ordered beef tacos and got potato) and I was unable to explain to the server that I'm allergic to gluten. I have no confidence their English was strong enough to understand. Not feeling very good this morning so probably at least cross contaminated. margaritas as big as your head which I couldn't begin to finish - it wasn't actually very good anyway. we won't go back.

We've been several times and the service is always friendly, the food is always correct and out quickly, and everything I've ordered has been tasty. I love the birria tacos, the chile relleno, and their mole. I wish they grilled their elote, but the preparation is good otherwise. Enchiladas are done well, and their burritos are filling and delicious. The only dessert I've tried was the flan, but it was house made and tasted good, I just wish they didn't top it with whipped cream and chocolate. The margaritas are always made just right, too. The salsa given with the chips is very mild, but when we sat at the bar most recently, our bartender let us try the housemade habanero salsa which was excellent. The music can be a bit loud, but it's a festive atmosphereOverall, we will continue to visit El Rodeo as part of our regular rotation.

The food is always consistently great, whether we get take out or dine in. We never have had to wait for a table, usually we are a party of 2-4 people. Staff is prompt about a minute or less at the host stand and they are ready with menus to bring you to a table. The staff works together to clean, serve and seat people. Table side guacamole is delicious and they can customize it how you like it, extra spicy or mild, with cilantro or without. You just let them know and they make it how you'd like it. So goooooddd!!! I like dishes with huevos. I love their refried beans, so much so, that if I order something that doesn't come with them, I ask for side, which usually comes with nice melted cheese on top. YUM! Our favorites are any style of quesadilla, chimichangas and the burrito Jalisco The chips and salsa are bottomless if you are having a meal for dine in. The margaritas are tasty.

Hands down the most authentic and incredible Mexican restaurant in the state of Maine. The service was incredible, and the food was out of this world. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and our food came right out. Everything about this place is five stars, especially the decorations, tables, and chairs. I wish I could rate this place more than five stars, it truly is unmatched.

Good food, good ambiance, average service, they need to make their own tortillas. Last time I celebrated my birthday and the strawberry margarita's tower was really good, but the waiter took so long to attend the table.
