Another delicious meal at Embark! The food is made with super fresh ingredients and tastes so yummy. The service is especially attentive. The menu is full of tasty options, and there is a full bar with specialty drinks. The only issue I have is that the spacing between tables is a little tight.
We dropped in to just get a bite to eat. Actually looking for a different restaurant, we ran across Embark by accident not really expecting much other than not cooking at home. There were few people in the restaurant at 6:30_7:00pm . I spotted a dish on the menu I hadn't seen in years and decided to try the beef short ribs. It was fork tender and absolutely delicious. Served on a bed of pasta with sprigs of garnish it was excellent. The service was very good, friendly and competent....read full review

Nice intimate restaurant. Friendly staff. Get there early. Great burger!!! They grind their own meat. Oddly they don't serve fries, but instead roasted finger potatoes. I also recommend their Ruben, too.
