For a seafood restaurant the chicken sandwich was the best meal at our table. Stuffed haddock was not good at all, steamers had so much sand In them, could not eat them asparagus was cooked on the bottom and the tops where not cooked at all.. felt bad for the waitress since I heard other tables complaining about food.

Sat at the bar to be greeted by the bartender. She Asked for our drink order. This individual should not be working in food service. She had a major attitude. Our drinks are far from palatable, not balance in addition the drink only filled half the glass, it was a martini. Our experience was off to an unpleasant start from the beginning.

This is about as Maine as you can get. From the history of this restaurant to how it's presented, it's Maine. I'm very picky about my seafood since my grandparents are from Chebeague Island and I would get seafood literally 20 minutes out of the ocean, since their siblings were in the seafood industry. That being said, the seafood at this place was excellent, and very reasonable prices considering the current cost of quality seafood. The service was great, they had a very unique selection of drinks, dishes, and awesome specials listed throughout the week. Definitely want to go again!

I don't post negative reviews very often, So I will try to mention a few positive things first: The service and atmosphere are great there. I do think they have a lot of great veg options and gluten-free options, but unfortunately I went for oysters on a weekend and I was served anemic looking, fishy smelling , wild caught, barely worth buck-a-shuck sort of oysters and paid about $48 for them on a weekend ?. Do not stop here if you want good oysters... Go instead to the fisherman's net in Brunswick: they will be better quality and they will also be a lot cheaper ?.

The steamed clams were so dirty. Worst I’ve had! Especially for the price you pay. The fish chowder had under cooked potatoes and no fish to be found. They took it off our bill, and we didn’t even ask for them to. The coleslaw was gross tasting. First time any of us had been here. They were under staffed, but they did great in that aspect. However, wouldn’t eat there again due to food not the service

I really enjoy visiting. All employees know me. Food is good. If it's not feedback is received and acted upon immediately . It's a pleasure to have such a nice business to visit and relax.

Take-out. All four dinners. Absolutely awful, cold, bland. Tasted like partially cooked Gortons from the dollar store. 127 dollars and I would have been better off with hot dogs from the convenience store. I am writing this, feeling sick in my stomach and only half eaten my portion.Oh and tell you cook that baked mushroom is not a slurry of cold gravy, canned mushrooms slices and a little bread. Thanks for the ruined Saturday night.

Absolutely amazing. Just moved to the area and saw the restaurant so we decided to give it a go. The scallops and clam strips were perfect. The server was attentive and friendly. Definitely check this place out.

This is about the 6th time we've been to Peppers Landing and once again had a delicious meal and great service. The seafood pasta (angel hair) was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful in the selection of 2 menu items. A must go for seafood lovers. I highly recommend this dish and the Maine baked stuffed haddock. Our cocktails were very good, and the baked stuffed mushrooms were very different than I ever had, but I must have them again ?.

Really great seafood location in a strip mall conveniently located near Bowdoin. Better food and better atmosphere than in the tourist traps in flashier locations. Try the two item seafood plate!
