“Very good subs but please pay extra attention to your online orders. Every time I've come to pick them up they've never been ready at their designated time. The Topsham one does this, too, so this seems like a constant issue with the chain a whole.“
“I was there today and the place was busy and to think they had only one person working. But this lady was awesome l. She was very professional she never complained and she took care of all the customers and did he job very well. Subway should acknowledge her hard work.“
“EDIT: The owner of this location took the time to contact me and follow up. She was wonderful and listened about our most recent experience. They offered a free sandwich for the one that was done incorrectly and to provide the forgotten chips we'd paid for. Customer service and a positive attitude goes a long way today, and I really appreciated that. We will definitely plan to go back. Also of note, she recommended requesting extra filling if we wanted a more robust sandwich.Prior post: The sandwiches don't have as much filling as they used too. They forgot my cheese completely when I requested a substitution. I also asked if my chips were in the bag with our order and they said yes, but they were not. I realized after you can pick the flavor but they still told me the wrong thing. I used to love them and sadly it's gone downhill quite a bit.“
“Amazing service and exceptional employees working at night on a foggy Tuesday evening. Sandwiches were delicious! After my dad and I had a rough go at a local market and café in Boothbay Harbor I decided to have us go to Amato's because they never disappoint with stellar service.
