I was there today and the place was busy and to think they had only one person working. But this lady was awesome l. She was very professional she never complained and she took care of all the customers and did he job very well. Subway should acknowledge her hard work.

Clean! Unlike the subway in Topsham you can definitely tell this is a completely different owner. Staff is well trained and practice good customer service skills. Unlike the Topsham location. Definitely recommend pleasant street this owner knows how to run a business you can tell without meeting him.

I have been coming to this subway for awhile now. Most of the employees make a delightful sandwich and I am so appreciative but the one employee, never seems to realize that the ends of sandwiches need toppings too. Every time I walk in to get a sandwich i pray they have learned but they never do. I hope you can inform the manager to make sure to have her employees put toppings on the edge of the sandwich. I do have to give credit to the other employees who make a fantastic sandwich and keep me coming back!

The girl with the multiple face piercings and buzzcut put Gloves on but put half her arm into my sandwich then her shirt touched my sandwich the middle of her arm legit touched my sandwich . What’s the point of gloves if the rest of your body will come in contact with my food? Didn’t appreciate the employee skin and clothing touching my food.

This place is really bad and wherever they found their foolish looking pierced employees, they need to send them back.. very unprofessional and dirty.. actually laughable !.. more like a curcus than a fast food place..
The sandwiches are always yummy. They are very quick but of all the different locations I go to this is constantly the skimpiest of all and with prices what they are...So a wrap is supposed to be equal to a 12 ", meats and veggies. I have always had 2 level scoops of chicken until today.Not only were they not level but each was only half a scoop. I usually have it cut in half but had no need with this small wrap. I questioned her and she reassured me it was the proper amount. For $11.35 it was very disappointing and nearly enough to fill a guy up.All other locations make a serious sandwich wrap, not here.

I just ordered through the app, sandwiches were good. I asked for extra banana peppers on my sandwich and they gave me extra on my sandwich and a dish full of them with a nice note attached to it. Thank you!

Had the worst experience possible. Me and my girlfriend came into to get a sandwich when an employee helping another older women glared at us walking in. I didn’t think much of it until she gave my girlfriend the dirtiest look. We were so caught off guard with this employees actions we looked at each other and uncomfortable laughed. This made her mad and she started yelling at us to leave the store. She then compared us to her children because we apparently “smirked at her.” We were so confused, because she continued to yell at us to leave for no reason. It really got bad when she gripped her subway knife as if she was going to use it towards up and yelled for us to leave. When walking out she chased us and yelled she was going to call the police and got our license plate. We called Brunswick PD and reported her. This women has brown hair, lots of eye makeup and a arm tattoo, probably around 35 years old.
