Just about the best DND I have ever been in. Went here as we haven’t had power for 2-3 days. No one in town has had any power for days. The drive through was wrapped around to Hannaford parking lot. About 7 people in line ahead of me. I got great service. Got my food in minutes and even got a smile from the lady working the counter. Give them a raise. They are working their tails off today!

They should have a dress code...since when is it ok to wear spandex to work?? Gross!!! The service sucks too...where did the blonde male manager go? He was doing an amazing job cleaning the place up..? You need him back asap IMO the service was way better with him

People working in food service should be wearing their pulled back into a ponytail or be forced to wear a hairnet ....I come through drive though everyday multiple times, today I came in and saw the gentleman who makes the food with a mop of crazy bushy hair, working the food area, when I asked another person to make my food because I had gotten hair in my food one day previously, then was told what I wanted for hot food wasn't available, until another employee stepped and said no that made and I will make for you, ..which was very nice of her! I run a bakery and ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAT A PONYTAIL,BUN, OR A HAIRNET WHEN WORKING WITH FOOD, ITS REALLY A SHAME THAT THIS ISNT ENFORCED,

Worst experience of my life yesterday I was there and none of them were pleasant they gave me my drink and it wasn’t even what I asked for I told them to have a good day and not one of them said it back I am just so disgusted I will not be returning to this location again I have never gone there since the day the opened and ever felt like I did.

No consistency, ice coffee 98% of the time is weak and watered down. Drive thru is always so slow.

5 teens behind the counter and every single one had top notch customer service skills. Not one walked by without asking if we were taken care of. Food was fast and hot. They never missed a beat. Very impressed!

If it was possible to give them negative stars I would for one the service was terrible the employees act like they don’t even want to be there and I order 4 snack wraps and there was three pieces of bacon between the four of them nothing was made right they were ordered with no cheese it looked like they put extra cheese. Just a very very rotten crew of people we need an aroma joes around to put the hurt in Dunkin Blowsnuts
