Multiple visits to this newer restaurant in an older building in Buxton, Maine the menu is unique with a nice variety of options. When food is as flavorful as it is at Oak & Ember one does not need excessive menu options. Staff is attentive and friendly at every visit!
Delightful location, it is nice to get out of Portland and have a terrific dinner! Our party started with the Caesar salad and burrata. The salad was massive, much more than I would expect for a pre-dinner dish. Flavorful, it was solid dish. The burrata was excellent, paired with butternut squash on crispy potatoes.
