“Was in the Eastport area for a couple of days. I came across this place tucked away down by the docks. They do wholesale and they have a concession stand doing cooked Lobster and Lobster rolls. The Boiled Lobster are sold by the pound. I had 2 2lber's. All I can say. They were really good. They have tables in a covered area, or in the open by the water. Get there early. They're only open till 5pm on weekdays. Friday's till 6pm. Very friendly & good service.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place, especially the seafood bisque! I thought it was crazy to pay so much for the seafood bisque, but it was fantastic. I opted for the cup rather than the bowl to save five dollars, and frankly I wish I had gotten the bowl. I actually drove for two hours from Bangor (and back the same night) just to come out here and try this. I STILL thought it was well worth it. Because this was an out of the way treat for myself, I also got the lobster roll with onion rings. I know my cholesterol must still be in recovery, but MAN was this yummy. The service was really great as well. I asked for honest suggestions for the best things, knowing I would be be back soon - or easily. And, I got just that - great suggestions and great food.“

“Had this takeout recommended before we started for Deer Island. First impressions were questionable to say the least but, myself and my travel group were so glad we continued on our quest for lunch. The food was unbelievable delicious. Everything from a simple hamburger to Fish and Chips and a couple of Clubhouse sandwiches in between. Food was hot where it should be hot and cool where it should be. My husband, who gets Fish and Chips no matter we stop to eat, thought it was the best ever. I had the biggest, messiest, most delicious, Club house sandwich. it was huge and I had to pass some of it to my husband to finish. Strongly advise you to make this stop a priority on your N.B. coastal travels. I am so glad we did.“

“Great restaurant! Unfortunately there wasn’t gluten free fried food which is strange since so many of the reviews and the google description said there was. We had a nice time still and I had a yummy blackberry and chicken salad! Very friendly waitress and great drinks too!“

“We made a day trip to this far eastern part of the US as part of our vacation to Maine this past October. I had looked online and found a few places for us to eat lunch before heading on to the West Quoddy Lighthouse and so we arrived in Lubec right at noon. We quickly found out that this late in the season most places in Lubec were only open for dinner, including the one we'd found online. A quick perusal of Google maps found Fisherman's Wharf marked as "open for lunch", so we left our car parked where it was and walked through this charming little town to the restaurant. We were quickly seated inside by a window. Our server was friendly and polite and efficient. It looked like they were preparing for a group while we were there, but it didn't seem to affect our service. We both wanted lobster rolls and we were told that there wasn't any lobster ready yet for the day. Apparently we arrived early enough that they hadn't cooked and picked any lobsters yet. That also took out the lobster lobster stew and the lobster salad. So we wound up with: * Clam chowder and a house salad for me. The chowder was rich, thick and full of clams. The salad was HUGE with gorgonzola, dried cranberries, and fresh made croutons. The blueberry balsamic was a touch sweet for me and I should have asked for it on the side. But it was worth trying. * Fried clam platter with onion rings and french fries for my partner. He said that they were quite good, nicely fried, and the onion rings were delicious. He said the fries were a little soggy, and he should have ordered all rings. We both had Lubec Brewery beers to drink and they were good and paired well with the food. We really enjoyed this lucky find and only wish that there had been lobster available for our lunch.“
