Brady made my morning burrito. I ordered custom burrito steak and cheese breakfast burrito loaded. It was soo good, I would give it 10 more stars if I could. I love going there. And with Nouria rewards my coffee was free!!!! Love it.

They changed the ordering aspect to screens and when they didn’t have what I usually get on the screen. I asked if they could make the sandwich and they said no so i left terrrble service dont eat

Get a cashier. I refuse to interact with yet another touch screen. I walked out. Judging by every other crummy review, this place is in trouble. Second poor Amatos experience in a row, this time I just left without buying anything.

They made my sandwich wrong. Called them up. Talking to manager was like talking to a brick wall. They did offer to remake the sandwich. But I don't have time to go back and the personable skills of the manager is frustratingly bad.
The pre made sandwiches and wraps are weeks old, they never answer the phone past 5 o’clock. They got some pretty sketchy people working there.

This Amato’s is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here a hand full of times and each time the sandwiches were stale, especially the ones that you can just grab n go. The little stuffers are super small and made very sloppily. This isn’t a good look for Amatos. Every other Amatos serves far better food than this location. I’ll continue to support other locations but they really need to up their game at this location. Very disappointing and won’t be wasting my money here anymore.

I eat here a couple times a month and tonight they didn’t deliver. Sausage parm sub not done like normal. Little sauce or cheese. Disappointing.

Worst service ever, if you can even call it that. 5 people working and not one person would come to take orders. They saw people waiting, even brought it up, but no one helped. There was maybe 4 people waiting for their already taken orders. We sat 10 minutes before getting frustrated and leaving. I love amatos but the Falmouth one seriously needs to work on themselves. Terrible terrible service. I hope corporate sees this and gets you the help you need.
