Got two hot chocolates. It was just hot water with a hint of flavoring. Had to put hot chocolate packets in it when I got home.

Our absolute favorite Dunkin. Service is fast, food is always hot and the drinks are always just right! Wish I asked for the drive thru lady's name, she is so sweet and really cares about the customer and made sure my drink was just right.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin around. They stand around talking. Prioritize drive thru having walk ins wait unnecessarily. Person serving walk ins also making coffee and for drive thru. Just wanted an easy ice coffee. Took over 10 minutes. She got the soy it's for the person behind m before my coffee. WTH? Avoid this Dunkin.

Everyone who works here is absolutely lovely - which makes up for the often long waits and lines. Worth it though!

The experience was fine, though it did take some time to get service as one worker was leaned against the wall by the drive-through window, looking at his phone. Help is hard to find, though. The food was well made, at least, by some other workers who came out to help. I would recommend, but don't expect to even be noticed quickly.

Staff is super friendly but my hot coffee is always burned tasting. Hot food is room temperature at best. The cheese on my sandwiches doesn't even begin to melt, and eating room temperature meat is just not the best sensation.
