Dear Dunkin, Count your days..this is the third time I've come to your location and you were confused by my order. 1st time I ordered I asked for a simple order a medium caramel swirl iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream, what I got was a medium caramel swirl with milk. (Okay fine not that big of a deal) second time I went I asked for the same thing, they just gave me cream and sugar. Yet again not the biggest deal but it's a little frustrating, my friend got a hot coffee with oatmilk because she's allergic to milk, they burned the coffee and gave her whole milk..now she's sick so I don't think I'll be returning to this dunkin!

Typical Dunkin quality wise but watched the manager scream out one of the workers and couldn't have been more unimpressed. Treat your workers right?
Best Dunkin around, kind employees and great service and food. Phil always remembers my coffee and how I like it. The manager Albert is amazing he's been there for years and really runs a great store!
