Place is awesome, protein shakes are the best I've had anywhere.....and the specialty protein muffins and cake pops are AMAZING! I play hockey every Tuesday and Thursday in Falmouth and this is my GO TO place after a game!!!! BEST .....guaranteed!!!

Very friendly staff! Great Teas gets you through your day. Not a huge fan of the smoothies but others love them. It is Herbal Life , I usually don't like MLMs but this place isn't like the reg ones online. It's still a privately owned place, just the products. I like supporting local people. Great easy location too!

I went into Foreside with my husband for the first time today. The drinks were delicious, priced well and the staff was friendly and amazing! The service industry has gone down since “COVID” but not in Foreside Nutrition. I look forward to becoming a regular customer!

What an experience I've had each day coming to Foreside Nutrition - the owners are so curteous and always serve me with a smile, have gone out of their way to build a personal connection with me and truly care about my goals. Their Nutritionist, Emily Martin, has worked with me on crafting a nutrition/workout plan that has GREATLY improved how I feel and my overall health.I can't thank Foreside Nutrition enough for their great service, willingness to go out of their way for me and just their friendly and personable kindness made me coming back every day for delicious and healthy products! Customer service is great and the staff friendly and helpful... but it's important to know that this is a brick and mortar for a highly questionable and predatory MLM Herbalife. It's hard to get a reliable ingredient list, this can be dangerous for a person who may have sensitivities or need to manage.Buyer be ware.

Five stars for the only two things I really care about. First, these are absolutely delicious. The Peanut Butter Banana is so rich and creamy that I'd prefer it to any ice cream shop shake. There are about 30 flavors that all look amazing, but extremely unhealthy. Which brings me to point two: somehow these 16 ounce shakes are only about 230 calories, with 24 grams of protein and relatively low carbs. How is this possible? I'll just assume it's magic and enjoy these delicious shakes.Things to consider though:-The price is ridiculous. After tax it is $7.83 for a shake, plus the screen asks for a tip. So nearly $9 for a protein shake is excessive, even for Falmouth.-There are most likely loads of artificial ingredients to make these taste so good. I don't personally care, but you might.-Surprisingly the calories are not listed on the menu boards for any items. The owner explained the shakes to me, but this is odd.There are protein iced coffees, workout teas and smoothie bowls I'd like to try as well, but for now, I'll be dreaming of my next shake.

Clean,friendly, nutritious and delicious ! We ordered 13 drinks ( For Falmouth Dental Arts ) and the order was carried out to my car. Very well organized,well labeled and very much appreciated !! Looking forward to trying a smoothy bowl next .Thank you

Not bad if you just need a protein fix but the shakes aren't made with anything "real". Just a bunch or powder and syrup. You can get real spinach added but it cost extra. I wish they had a couple offerings that were made from real fruits and vegetables.
