The food was good not great however when your charged $2.00 for bread and and extra $1.00 for cocktail sauce for oysters and .50 for horseradish for oysters that's a bit much. that should been included in the $21.00 oysters. I know $3.50 wont break me but seriously ???????

Spend your dollars somewhere else for better food & some appreciation for your patronage. We took our son & daughter-in-law to dinner the Saturday before Christmas, our Christmas gift to them. I made a reservation several weeks ahead of time for table 41 as this is a nice cozy corner table (almost like a booth) we’ve shared with our son & daughter-in-law in the past. Traditions are nice (requested it in the past when I made the reservation). It also worked well for my son who has a significant hearing loss. When the hostess seated us, she brought us to the table next to table 41 & when I told her we were supposed to be seated at table 41, she informed us our table had to be given to a larger party (6 people rather than the 4 of us). After we were seated & settled, I sought out the manager at the hostess station. When I told the hostess I’d like to speak with the manager & she asked why, I explained the issue & the hostess informed me tables can’t be guaranteed. I suggested it would have been nice to have been informed of that at the time of the reservation or with a follow-up phone call. Her demeanor then turned a bit snotty (for lack of a better word). The manager appeared & in a somewhat apologetic tone, I started, “This is simply informational, to be helpful in the future.” I suggested it would be nice to inform patrons ahead of time if the table they reserved is no longer going to be available. Her response was that tables can’t be guaranteed. Again, my response……something guests should be made aware of at the time of reservation if they’ve specified a certain table. Her response…..I should have asked when I made the reservation. My response…it would never occur to me to ask & reiteration of extending the courtesy of informing patrons ahead of time so they’re not blind-sided at the last minute. Back-and-forth. I kept attempting to explain how this would also be helpful TO THEM. She held firm to, “You should have asked.” She then started, “Next time….” I stopped her there & calmly said, “There will be no next time.” As I walked back to our table, she called after me, “And that’s fine.” Alrighty then. The meal. With 2 drinks at the bar while we waited for our son to arrive & a $70 tip, we spent $400+. The food arrived luke warm & was nothing special. No bread was served. No salads included with entrees (my husbands steak with a Clam Cake $56). I asked for a baked or mashed potatoe (I don’t remember which now) instead of fries with my steak & was told substitutions were not allowed (they were the same price on the ala cart menu). The dessert was amazing! Emily provided excellent customer service & I made a point to let her know I did not blame her for the table issue. I knew this wasn’t anything she had control over. The bar tender was great. No complaints. I love the atmosphere. It’s upscale but relaxing & quiet. We arrived expecting to a spend a good deal of money on our meal but I would have expected SO much more, especially with that price tag. Some courtesy & respect from the manager would have gone a long way. I’m a medical professional working with lots of other local medical professionals & I’m making it a point to share this disappointing experience with all of them.

On our way from Massachusetts to Maine and it was time for lunch. My husband had recently been to Dockside Grill and we were nearby so off the highway we went. Proximity to I295 is good so this can be a place for lunch when traveling. We were dining in November so the upstairs of the restaurant was open but not the downstairs area which is seasonal. We were greeted and seated quickly. Server was friendly and we received our drinks soon after ordering. Food was a bit slow to appear and the check at the end of the meal even slower. The restaurant has a nautical wood theme and with lots of windows showing off a great view of the ocean. However, the space lacks a warmth and feels stark and cold. We ate at a high top in the bar area and our table seemed to be just there in the middle of things. It felt odd. The bar was fairly empty and I do mean the bar. Just a few bottles of liquors and some glasses. Certainly a lack of ambiance. My lobster roll was fine, not one I would order again as it lacked flavor. It was served in a grilled bun and while it was nice to see grill marks on the bun, the bun was very cold, like it was grilled earlier and taken from the refrigerator just before serving. My husband's salmon BLT was good. Easy parking in a big lot and nice restrooms.

Food came out slow/ cold and found a hair in my food. They asked if I would like another French onion soup and I declined. This place has so much potential.

Sunday night around 5pm to 7pm few patrons and good service. Nice view of the boats on the bay.Wheelchair accessibility: Use the elevator. Enter from the parking lot, take the door to the left of the stairs and turn right down the hall.

The food was excellent, but sitting at the bar just sucked. The fillet was excellent!! The soup and chowder were very bland, but there were lots of lobster. We hit it with salt and pepper, and it was better. The bartender kept serving the drunks at the end of the bar and actually took a picture with them. They continued to cuss and talk nonsense during our entire meal. The only reason we were at the bar was because they said the resteraunt was full - it was maybe only half full, actually. Don't worry - the drunks will be on the road soon. Imagine spending $150 for a meal at the bar and listening to this. Such a shame.

Very tasty food and filling!!! Staff sat us quickly even without a reservation. I would love to come back. My only issue was I requested cash back from the server and it never came back to the table. I don't mind tipping generously but I did say out loud to bring back change so I could determine tip from there. ? it was rough on the pockets but ultimately the service was great maybe next time I'll be clearer about wanting my change back.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator from ground floor to tables

If you're sitting up on a barstool you might get attention. If you come in to eat they stare at you like you're invading their space. Yacht club for regulars only

From the sullen reception by the hostess, to the hour and a half wait for our (expensive and forgettable) meal, and a 4 oz pour of wine for $18, put this place on your "Must to Avoid" list.

Really nice spot. Do to its location you can expect to pay a premium on the food and drink. But unlike some places around here they actually make up for the price with some great food and awesome specials. I appreciate that the specials they offered kinda ran the gambit so if you or a friend don't like seafood you still have some great options.Service was great also.

The good and the bad. We went for lunch and we were greeted by an extremely unpleasant hostess. We sat at the bar. The bartender was so friendly and provided excellent service with a smile. Our food was amazing and the view was beautiful.

Feels uncomfortably unnatural.Seated at a dirty table. Had to clean the chairs and wooden bench ourselves. Half eaten food and crayons spread out on the floor under us.Hostess and waitress were extremely unfriendly. The food... well, The seafood chowder was cold and was basically potato and onion soup, I could have found better at a truck stop! ?We just finished and left as quickly as possible.
