Our lunch experience at Harraseeket Inn in Freeport, Maine was simply exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance radiated warmth and charm. The staff was incredibly welcoming, creating an atmosphere that felt both cozy and refined. The menu offered a delightful array of options, and we were spoiled for choice. I opted for the burger, and it was nothing short of perfection - juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries that accompanied it were crispy perfection. My wife and sister-in-law thoroughly enjoyed their salads, which were not only fresh but also beautifully presented. Dessert was a highlight, with each bite of the chocolate cake delivering a blissful taste experience. What stood out beyond the delectable food was the attention to detail in the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their genuine hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. The inn itself has a timeless charm, and our seating by the window allowed us to enjoy the scenic surroundings. It felt like a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. In summary, Harraseeket Inn exceeded our expectations in every aspect - from the culinary delights to the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this is a must-visit spot for a memorable dining experience. Five stars without a doubt!

We visited here the last week of June and our server and experience was fantastic! Spinach dip with flat bread crackers was delish. Patio seating was perfect! Would definitely go back again!

We have been going to the Sunday brunch for many years and until now, I would have given it five stars, but our most recent visit was somewhat disappointing. There is all you can eat lobster, which is great, but it appears that they are offering fewer other choices than before. They also have raised the price.

At $49.95 + tax and tip per head this weekly Sunday brunch is not cheap, but its a bargain! Imagine, all the Maine lobster you can eat, exotic entrees that constantly change, carving bar with local premium beef, crepes, sweets, and so much more! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was fresh and delicious from soup to after-dinner coffee. We came away painfully but satisfyingly stuffed! Nicest waitstaff--every request was met with a reply of "of course!" Lovely vintage setting. The only thing missing was a white tablecloth.

Don't be intimidated by the formal appearance of this restaurant...the focus is on the wonderful, fresh, local food! (They won't turn you away just because you forgot to bring your Sunday best on vacation!) You can tell the people here are passionate about their work. The wait staff are very attentive and knowledgeable too.
