We went early in the day, it was quiet and staff was very eager to help!I had a hanger steak with mashed potatoes and balsamic gravy. It was absolutely to die for! Beer selection was good, but not huge. Same for wines, though what they do have is quite nice.Staff is friendly, but doesn't hover, which I like.

This use to be my favorite place to eat.Last time I went was a weird experience, was very bland, waitress seemed very rushed for only 6 tables being filled.To find out she was just on her phone in a corner by the bar tender.Went in this past weekend, waitress never brought us silverware but brought us food, I can look past that.She checked on all the other tables and pretty much shunned us.Assuming thinking we looked like a hot mess (13 hours of traveling will do that)Food seemed to go down the past few times in quality but the prices went up.Sadly I think it got booted off my top :(

I'm a big fan of this restaurant. Great food, amazing desserts, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and brick oven pizza! What more can you ask for in a restaurant? There is parking behind the restaurant and several public lots within walking distance.

Took some friends out for birthday dinner last night and Tuscan did not disappoint. Pizza was absolutely amazing and pasta dishes were delicious. Our server was lovely and fun - wish we had room to eat more! Wish they still offered chocolate cake.

Continue to love the approachability and ambiance of the Tuscan Oven. It's skill one of the prettiest restaurants I've seen in Maine. I came for brunch and got lemon curd and blueberry french toast: the toast itself wasn't a rich custard toast but the lemon curd completely made up for this with it's tangy flavor and buttery texture, fresh whip cream was also delightful chicken parmesan with spaghetti: just a classic, warming dish on a cold day, perfect portion, crispy chicken, gooey cheese, and nice sphagetti
