Lack of communication between workers. One started our order and went to get a cup for dressing when another came from out back and asked if I needed anything else. I said the younger gentleman was getting my dressing and he replied no he's not. Then I told him he could make my friend's sandwich before cashing me out as we were together. He mumbled well he should have started them both. I said no he shouldn't have because I told him we were paying separately. Then while trying to pay the scanner for online points and payment wasn't working so now I lose out on that. The cashier just kind of thought nothing of it like it happens all the time. Very frustrating!! My friend noted that's why he got rid of the app as it never seemed to work!!

There is two males that need to wear hair nets and they have absolutely horrible attitudes. I find them very unpleasant and unprofessional. Recently one of them was out back standing in the outdoor back door smoking pot and with the wind it was blowing it right back into the store very uncomfortable. And one of the males with Longer hair is very rude towards the younger employees as well as very demanding while the younger one is busy making orders the other guys no where in sight, in which he could be assisting when it's very busy instead of demanding things of other people. I find that hair nets need to be worn and they are not even the females hair is going everywhere its rather disgusting
You can eat at Subway or take your sandwich (two sizes 6 in or foot long) or salad home. Roll or flat bread, whole wheat or white, the vegetables you want, and the kind of meat or chicken, the dressing etc.
The Subway we went to was extremely warm inside and for anybody that has an illness that is flared up by heat I suggest you order on the app and pick it up after the fact. I enjoyed the food and the woman that made our food was very

Last time I ordered a meatball sub the marinara sauce was watered-down. Not good. Also the sweet onion teriyaki sauce has changed. Significantly poorer over the last sauce.

This location was a little hard to find. I found the staff super friendly. They listened to my request about extra jalapeños. My son loved his sandwich and appreciated their suggestions. We even got an extra cookie! We aren't often in Gray but will be back.

I asked her to wear a new glove because she touched Pork and I don't eat pork, she said that she is busy and all the meats are the same. She told me to leave and I will not be served. The only Subway location in Maine I experienced discrimantion because I said I don't eat pork. She kept touching the pork and touching my food, very unpleasant. If you are muslim don't attend this location. The one in Windham nearby and is much more professional.
