This Dunkin always gets my order right! They are even begining to know me by the sound of my voice and are able to finish my order threw drive-thru when I start. Bathroom is always clean. Tables are always clean! Employees are very personable and friendly. I am very happy this is my local D.D.Only issue I have is with the Dunkin app. You can't add liquid sugar to a frozen coffee order so im not able to pre order with the app.

After years of garbage service I have to tell you that this dunkin restaurant is a waste of money, time and your positive attitude. They hire so many new people all the time that it's now known that your going to get missing items or screw up simple orders just because "the hire are new". If you can read then you can at least account for what your supposed to get when you do a mobile order but this store takes it to another level. They argue with you when you get the wrong items, present the phone order to therm and its like deer in the headlights. They just dont get it. On my latest AND last visit, I was given a donut instead of a coffee-cake muffin. I tell the new hire that you gave me the wrong item and I ordered a muffin but he literally calls out to his mates "do we sell coffee-cake muffins!" I'm like is this guy actually doing this; then leaves his post and someone else gives me the correct order but says "I'm sorry we are new here. Have a happy holiday but in your case don't!" Who do they think they are! It's time to report them to corporate. I don't deserve this garbage attitude from this licensed dunkin and I'll do whatever it takes to get it revoked. You don't treat people like this.

Clean lobby, didn't have alot to choose from for donuts, didn't have enough in stocks thought I wasn't going to get glazed for my 8 year old autistic son. Service was great, employees friendly and very respectful. Very clean. Would return despite not having a good selection of donuts and get something else even if it cost more because they were so nice.

I have never had a bad experience at this Dunkin. The staff are always friendly, and the coffee is by far the best I have ever tasted from any Dunkin. Keep it up guys you’re amazing.

The Mrs and i live within walking distance of two Dunkin Donuts yet we would much rather travel here to get our coffees. Dubkins have been going downhill lately but this location is amazing. Orders are always right and done well, you can tell the employees actually care about their job and their customers. Always greeted with super friendly people and our orders are always made fantastically and are always tasty. WELL worth the trip from brewer to hermon.

every single time I order a pick up order my coffee is always wrong. when you ask for a Charlie cold foam AS IS and they always loud cream and sugar in it to the point it doesn't even taste like coffee it taste like pure sugar and cream when the drink is not made with cream or sugar. not to mention they never put the cinnamon sugar on top like the drink is supposed to. I could easily go in there and make it myself correctly and I don't even work there. it's sad I have to go out of my way to a different Dunkin now because no one there can make it correctly. when you ask for a coffee with cold brew you'd think it would atleast have the cold brew in it. 7 times now in the past month it's been made wrong. need more training I'd say.. 6$ coffee should be free at this point.
