The only employee was impressive until he allowed my two roasted sandwiches to sit on the counter while he made two other subs, my subs got cold and I left pissed. For the 20 dollars I paid for my 2 cold roasted sub. I wont be going back. Should have gone to Harvest Moon.

Called the store to see if they were honoring nationwide advertising for a BOGO FOOTLONG for a limited time thru the APP. Answer was a curt and rude NO! Implied nobody in the area was doing it because it cost her store too much. Informed her that Bangor stores honor the deal to which she replied it’s up to the owner. I asked to speak to the owner and she blurted out “I” am the owner! She then hung up on me. Not what I would identify as class act. First name “NANCY”. Suggest you avoid her and her store at all costs! Go to Bangor!! We always have good luck at the one on Stillwater up by the mall. They honor the BOGO offers and your business happily.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was ignored for 3 minutes upon walking in. The employee was putting away vegetables behind the counter, never acknowledged that there was a customer standing there. I am a patient person and don't mind waiting, but a mere acknowledgment of being there would have been nice. Once she finishes whatever she was doing, she went out back - again saying nothing to me - and finally came out again and asked what I wanted. Now, I don't mess with people who make my food, so I ordered and had a very simple request for the sandwich (which I have NEVER had a problem with at this or any other Subway). She ignored it. She continued making the sandwich, I reminded her of the request. She said she heard me the first time, and continued making the sandwich while still ignoring the request. So I said nothing else, she made it how she wanted it, and I paid. Because again, I don't mess with people handling my food. But after the transaction before I left, I explained to her how she did not make it how I wanted it, because she should know that it's not ok. This is where she could have fixed the situation and offered a solution, but she did not. She was rude, combative, called me names in a sarcastic tone such as "honey" and "babe" while telling me that I ordered it wrong. I have never had any other "sandwich artist" misunderstand my request, which is not a crazy way to order by the way. I walked out as she continued yelling after me, loud enough so I could hear her even after the door was closed to the store. I don't expect a red carpet, but I do expect common courtesy and to not be spoken to like I'm an idiot. She doesn't care that this location lost my business today, as she clearly didn't want to wait on ANY customers today. And the manager may or may not care, but I promise the owner does care. And they will be forwarded this review. How embarrassing for that employee and the store.

Have had a few bad experiences and was very hesitant to go back, but I went in yesterday 9/1/2022 and had a great sandwiches made and the young lady working was very very good and was so busy working all by herself but did an awesome job!! A great attitude and work ethic!!! In todays world that is impossible to find. Very lucky to have her.

the manager was very UNPROFESSIONAL...doesn t listen to with cust..wants...made and error with one sandwich...and then charges you for the error....my bill should have been only 22.34....she charges a diff charge also of 10.20 MORE ,,....which you never got the sandwich ....poor customer SERVICE...when i ask to speak to the owner of the store ...she would nt let you...on top of this she did this to young person . plus the 3 sandwich that we did get the bread was steal. the sandwiches were just awful. we will never go to that store again,....very poor customer service,,,over charge customer ....customer beware!... NOT FRESH BREAD...AND YOU GET CHGED FOR THERE ERRORS. AND TOOK ADVANGE OF SOME ONE WITH A DISABLITY.

Went in store at 5:15 and ordered a cold cut sandwich and girl took an order from a guy who came after me. She pushed my sandwich aside and made me wait until she made his two meatball sandwiches. She had no name tag on. I didn't get a receipt either.. What is with that?

Since its been under new ownership the staff are alot more customer friendly and the place is much cleaner will definitely be going back

Ordered 4 sandwiches at Hermon, Maine Subway. As two of my sandwiches were prepared, flies crawled all over the two sandwiches waiting to be made. Bread was sliced open, and the flies crawled all over the inside of the bread. When I asked for fresh bread, the employee set my fly bread aside. I sure do hope she didn’t reuse the bread. I was very disappointed in the amount of flies in the store and crawling on my bread. 10/12/21 approximately 7 P.M. The counter person didn’t offer an apology for the flies. Very disappointed with my visit.
