My cashier was rude, the kiosks at this location do not let you order food in the morning, instead they only let you order beverages or dessert items. My food was incorrect, this was not during a busy time for this location.

Was at this truck stop burger King last night (2/6/2024) . Burger King didn't close til 11pm . Poor guy came running in, im assuming he's a truck driver, at around 10:45pm and went running to this burger king to get a meal and whoever was running it decided at 10:45 they were closed and refused to make him food said the grills off and wasnt turning it back on ,told him to go somewhere else . A few minutes later I'm assuming their friend comes in and asks her what she wants to eat and THEN PROCEEDS TO MAKE IT FOR HER AFTER TURNING AWAY THIS WORKING MAN . AND GAVE IT TO HER FOR FREE . The lack of empathy for these truck drivers is disgusting. They're away from family and friends , THEY'RE KIDS !! Shameful . These workers that work at truck stops restaurants need better training and better understanding of how long truck drivers drive for , sometimes don't even have time to stop to eat , the only time they do is when they're completely stopped for the day . Again shameful and disgusting on that workers part .

Couldn't follow the instructions. None of my requests for my burger were correct and burger was cold. No one helps you. It's all touch screen orders until someone hands you your completely wrong order.You can't even get a printed receipt. Only a scanable QR code. Completely lousy experience

The biggest downfall was they were only accepting credit cards. Probably safe for a service center but not happy about
It was a basic BK experience with fast and friendly service. But the biggest outlier is the price. For my chicken sandwich meal it was $16 when the average is around 9 at its highest elsewhere.

I won't be buying food from this burger King ever again. I hate using a keos to order food, because the order is messed up everything. I paid for cheese and I didn't get it. No mayo nothing. Just a dried up chicken patty.. the fries are the only thing worth eating. Get rid of the keos's
