Didn’t receive my order, delivered to wrong address. Manager refused to work with me and blew me off. I might suggest that said manager be demoted to sweeping parking area. Hopefully he won’t have any customer contact in doing so.

Simply a wonderful experience at Dairy Queen today in Kennebunk! Great service... very fast and polite ( apologized for taking so long; it was no longer than a 3 minute wait, and told me to have a good day). She made the BEST Peanut Buster parfait my wife and I each had in quite a few different Dairy Queens. It had tons of fudge and peanuts and at all 3 layers. We have had the BEST blizzards here too; they don't skimp on the ingredients at this location. A MUST visit if you are a DQ customer! And they honor the corporate DQ app so deals are to be enjoyed as well. The Kennebunk Dairy Queen ROCKs... Way to GO!

Don't try ordering digital gift cards for Dairy Queen. The recipients cannot open them, and you've wasted your money. They were quick to charge my account for the amount though.

Worst banana split I ever ordered. They just loaded it with banana very little ice cream shouldn't it be more ice cream tham the banana, and then at least three sauces there was no caramel little bit of strawberry sauce, little bit I'll of hot fudge at least they throw in enough whip cream to get lost in the cover I don't order that much ice cream normally only did because I had company kind of disappointing must be new employees???
It tastes like they add extra sugar to the soft serve. The one in Biddeford is perfect and doesn’t do that. I live in Kennebunk, so wish this was the better one. Great staff though.

Classic Dairy Queen only serves ice cream and staffed by local kids. It's a vibe and consistently packed all summer and still open most of the year. Local staple.
