I had called to make a take out order.. arrived at KHOP, pick up order was on time and there was no wait. I have nothing bad to say about the pizza, it was delicious. We had the incorrect sub sandwich order… I had ordered a tuna sub. No cheese, add lettuce and mayo. I had called and spoke to the girl who initially took my take out order and she stated that I either didn’t say that or she didn’t hear me. She put me on hold and spoke to the manager. Got back on the phone and told me to bring it back for a refund. I then asked if she can just refund my card… and her manager (Nancy?) was clearly distraught by this request. I was then again put on hold. Then followed by some attitude saying I can bring it back tomorrow to speak to the other manager that can deal with the situation. Which was followed up by me being hung up on. So… I have to hang onto this incorrect order that I had placed for a day just to get a refund? Customer service was very poor. Short tempered and full of attitude.

Lovely place, delicious food, & vegetarian options only proble is the parking, I parked on street because I couldn't get into the small parking lot behind the building.

One of our favorite places to grab takeout pizza on the way home. It's usually ready fairly quickly and always delicious. Prices are good for the size pizzas. Staff is always super nice. My only complaint is that you have to tip in cash, and if we don't plan ahead we don't always have cash on hand.

Having lived in Kennebunk Beach for 4 years, I always made it a point to eat here. This was my last meal at KHOP, which I affectionately call it. This great place is known for quality food at a great price for the area, and being able to eat here year 'round was the best! I will miss it, truly a New England staple.
