Out of all of the aroma joes in the southern area (from Wells to Saco), this is my least favorite location to visit for a multitude of reasons. There have been so many times where I am trying to order and the cashier is having side conversations, the workers in the back are yelling (where I can't hear the cashier), or the food takes forever. This line definitely moves the slowest out of every location, but for no reason. The people working are definitely more interested in entertaining each other than doing their jobs. I also feel as though they are on the "cheaper" side. As in every little side packet costs extra and they put their bagels straight in the bag. Like why are they skimping on using the insulated bags? Every other location does this. Weird vibes here. Take a trip to Wells or Biddeford for a better experience.

Ive gone to this location multiple times and every time I have has the worst experience. #1 I had asked for my bagel that THEY forgot and then proceeded to slam the window in my face. #2 I was just there today and I forgot to ask for ketchup at the first window and i asked at the second window, I was then told "you have to pay for ketchup" said with an attitude. Then when I asked how much for each he says "they are 50 cents a packet" like at every other location i have been to I've gotten my ketchup for FREE, and it was the same guy who slammed the window in my face the first time and guess what he did it AGAIN. What is this world that we live in now.

Friendly and fast service. They’ve never been out of any food when I’ve gone for both breakfast and lunch. The sandwiches are always fresh. I’ve never waited long even when there were a lot of cars in the drive thru. The staff are always friendly.
