We had a great experience. The atmosphere is wonderful, my grandchildren loved looking at the old Schoolhouse item. They had dairy free options along with so many ice-cream choices.
Delicious ice-cream with unique options you can't get anywhere else, like coffee cookie dough! Country setting is a fun spot to hang out and eat your treat. Super friendly folks!Old skool school house is an interesting bit of history. The greater Sanford area is an ice cream connoisseurs destination, School House Ice Cream is a clearly at the top of the pack.

They're only open seasonally, which is to be expected, but it seems like they have some events there that are open to the public during the summer and fall. They also have some rescue animals that are nice to visit. My favorite part was the ice cream, of course, which they source from a few local creameries.
